Yes its a simple concept.. but requires the work of wisdom's within self, and compassion within understanding...

It should be a city wide campaign !!!

I've seen kids at many places have and show more kindness and courtesy in their manner than many adults in some situations.

I think its a worthy thing for Parents to undertake in teaching their kids. We see far too much of the "tough talk, tough girl and tough guy attitude and disposition in far too many place and within far too many people.

for some reason people are on edge, and at the border of feeling contempt about far too many things. This may well be a signal that a person has some issue they are fighting within themselves or their lives.. which may well find a suitable and reasonable resolve, simply by making the effort, taking the time to think and to have a motivation to act with kindness.

We have far too many people, who are quick to say what they are not going to put up with, and what they are not going to deal with, and many times. it may be their own thoughts about matters, more than the matter itself.

On your job, regardless what type of work it is.... Be considerate, be kind and be with the will, the want and the effort to try to understand, and make the effort to be understood- and we all benefit as a society. iF this management of self is engaged by us as human beings.

If you work serving the public.. GREET PEOPLE WITH A SMILE.... SAY THANK YOU, AND THANK THEM FOR PATRONIZING THE BUSINESS WHICH YOU WORK.
IF YOU ATTEND A REGISTER AT ANY MERCHANT FACILITY - SMILE WITH THE CUSTOMER, MAKE THEM FEEL WELCOME.
DON'T COME TO WORK UN GROOMED, AND DON'T COME TO WORK, WITH YOUR PERSONAL ISSUE BEING REFLECTED UPON AND AGAINST THE CUSTOMER.

Work to become an asset in your line of work.. If we all make that effort. We also make the effort to create an environment where other business would love to come and be a part of our city. Business seek to grow where employees are not problems but Assets..

Far too many business in this city, the people who service the public, show too much attitude toward the customer, as if they measure themselves against the customer, more than work to be of service to the customer.

If you work in any place and see things that need to be done. Don't wait for someone to tell you to do it, if it concerns cleaning, organizing and making things neat and orderly.

Being Kind is many things, beyond a shallow smile.. it is part of the character of individuals, and if you work on building a solid nature of Being Kind, you also develop a more workable mindset to be a respected co worker, a valued employee, and you are appreciated by the customers. You will find, that at the end of the day.. you will go home feeling positive and feeling that your day made a positive contribution in life and in your work. But if you are a contention maker, and a chronic complainer, you become the least liked employee, and you make not just your work hard, but you make the work of everyone hard, and worst in the mix, you make customers not want to come to the business you work for.
If customers don't come, then they don't need you as an employee... and you defeat your own ability to have a job..

Being Kind is many things, but it always shows the effort to be respectful and considerate. in Life - at home, at school, at work, and during the activities you engage within your daily life.

"Hugs and Kisses"... and attention of many sorts, is often times given when babies are born- it should be the beginning of showing and teaching love, not just an episode, which fades away as the years come and go...

YES, it runs the gambit...of life, and the benefits to your child and the world are multiplied when your love does not cease to be shown, and nourished in the years upon years of not just their life, but your life as well. but what is fact and what is truth - "As a parent, your child is your responsibility".. regardless how anguished you may be about that fact.

It is a "Fact"... Facts Represents "Truths"...about people, places and things, and it certainly is a Fact,... your child is your responsibility- to nurture, to love, to teach and to discipline as well as educate them to be themselves, disciplined as they grow.

"What works in your life, works in their life .. it's COMMUNICATION... you like it done to you in a respectful and reasonable manner, and yes... your children, being as human as you are, want the same. They already understand you are the parent, but they become angry and unruly, when you stop being the parent, who shows and share love, or when you become the parent, who has not guidelines for discipline, which you hold them to. they resent it, as time goes on...

( you as an adult, hear it all the time, of people either speaking with pride about the discipline their parents taught them, or they are complaining about the lack of discipline they did not get ).. Men, Women, Boys and Girls, all remember the good things their parents teach them, and those things guide them in their years of living.

Choose not to fail your child- nor yourself - if you praise them for learning, they will embrace learning, if you give them acknowledgment for their positive efforts, they will work hard to produce positive results.

If your child is unruly, and seems to fail at trying to get a education, the problem began long before that child entered school. It began at HOME. and its AT HOME, those problems need to be addressed.






If your child is always in detention, or sent to the "last chance school".. its as much to do with the parent as it has to do with the child.
If you lost the ability to manage discipline, it may mean that you need to re-discipline yourself as a parent, in order to manage disciplining your child.

Don't Run to the Parole officer, or the Schools Administrators, or the Court house, screaming at the staff, because if your child did not cause ruckus that involve legal issues, or do things that have placed them or parole, or had gone to school and followed instruction and did their study to prepare for school.. then they would not have a problem to begin with. So before you run to the organizations with a boisterous mentality, you may want to look at your home life and that of your child. and what results will generally be found, is the same child is unruly at home, and undisciplined at home, they are irresponsible at home, as well as they become when at school.

Yes, young people will be young people, but they also set limits within themselves, about what they do, if there is a guideline set for them early in life. some may do things, of various sorts, but in the over-all they will be good natured people and respectful of others, if that has been taught to them.

Any parent who buys their child a Uniform for school, should make sure it fits before they spend their money on it, then there would be no boys walking around with their pants sagging, or girls in skin tight uniforms. "This is a result of poor choices and poor actions by the parent". and its followed by the parent, ignoring the fact they are wearing their clothes falling off their bodies.

When they are out of school.. then what ever fashion or style they want.. do it... but be mindful this city has legal ordinance regarding this matter. Now the question is, do you as a parent request your child to live within the ordinance of the city ?

Their Guidance for a Future is within your role as a Parent.... How much that matters to you will reflect in your child's "GENERAL OVER-ALL CONDUCT"...

These are solid choices-- before anyone chooses to become a Parent, and once you are a parent, by the fate of life...

Its not our needs, that bring us troubles, its when we as people choose and allow our wants, to get out of control and become exaggerated. ..... and that... becomes many things, which produce many dysfunction which impact your children .... as well as you as a parent.

How do we Build Tomorrow -

Plotting a new course:

How do we win- as A City- how do we connect the dots of district lines-

{ yes--- its by and through "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT'" and Making use to build - a different model of education facilities, for the challenged Youth, as well as the over 40 population which has been devastated by unemployment and other matters.. ]

I've before advocated a staffing team for Council Member - it is not only a necessity but a critical component, to assist council members in their ability to work with city divisions - "project- research- coordination and departmental support processes" . The council needs to become not just a protagonist organization. but a collaborative support mechanism bi-laterally with other districts- to build a cohesive unit of city.

We went through a system of mayoral leadership before our current mayor was elected to office - where whole segments of the city were flat out and brazenly ignored, neglected and written off. We stat idle and allowed such poor mayoral leadership in the mayoral office during the previous mayors term, to strip, rip and neglectfully allow business in far too many districts to just be devastated. Our city must move from the bias mentality of the old ways of thinking about people, skin color and ethnicity, and see to critique based on performance not ethnicity. there is so much consending commentary directed at some city positions and its far too much based on the old "Jim Crow" mentality that griped our region for far too long, which was to immediately try and discredit people or color and claim them incompetent, We need to grow past that embedded mentality of community of city defeating ignornace. and Respect position and People- without readily claiming them non competent based on race and ethnicity.. and acknowledge what is real and what is fact, that people are people and color does not regulate competency. "that is purely ignorance of an era gone past, that we need to leave in the past". Our Growth, is to be built upon and Beyond anything remotely to do with skin or ethnicity, if truth focused on the performance of the previous Mayor - it would denote the downward spiral he sent this city as a whole, with only focus on the parts he frequented as to familiarity. and it was an injustice to our city as a whole. The results are highly visible. We have areas that simply are flat out devastated, we have commercial zones that were catapult into dire erosion, we have street maintenance that went neglected and no support for community development which left community after community to simply deterioate, and people neglect to realize this is a result of top level leadership which was the stature of the Mayoral spectrum. Our city suffers still from the resulting impacts of such poor performance and neglectful actions. It will take us years to mend the mess that was created by and throught selective neglect. This is not just related to ethnic areas but areas based more on the poor of our city and the working poor, both black and white. May we never again sit idle and think we are helpless to allow such a madness to devastate such a magnificent city. He set us years behind where we could be. We have a half hearted gaming district, sitting next to a ghost town of downtown commercialism. What a travesty !!! We have a riverfront, that got no more than tokenism development where all the focus went strictly to building gaming building, but not the attributes that make the area robust.
Policies were put in place that allowed the gaming to invoke 'no competetion" implication within their inflfuence spectrum, which cost us as a city and our citizens a great cultural depletion of a blend and mixture of robust growth.

Unfortunately we had passivity in the council that did not research and oppose the actions of the previous mayor, as he constructively devastated this city's districts; in favor of moving things to one or two regional areas. We allowed the city boundaries to expand, when we were unable to support and maintain the existing district city sectors.

What resulted is a city, that suffered deprivation natured shock waves. What are some of the vivid signs. (1) a loss of civic pride, (2) a diminished motivation modeling to show and support sectors and in some cases entire district regions. We regressed to the modeling of a time before, instead of building for a unification of city and a modeling of cityscape that has equilibrium in regard for city sectors.

Streets deteriorated, business faltered, and it was escalated by the unreasonable choices to allow Mega Wal Marts to devastate local business by boxing in the city, not just with Wal Marts, but we allowed Mega Wal Marts. As a result the city suffers, communities have lost the small business that support countless programs and generated volumes of tax revenue which once made us a vibrant city. Instead, the summation of result is we have in some sectors, nothing more than sprawling and crawling ghetto natured environments.
How does this impact. - It impacts because "hope is diminished", the image of hope", the image and reality of prospering business, was demolished. Invariably- this has given our young people a hopeless sense of future- We failed tremendously to respect what is Economic Development, and we gave that role over to the Casino's and Wal Marts.. as we diminished it, because the power of Casino Cash and their executive influence, made roads to insure that economic development was a neglected department of the city function.
Until we gain the grit to take back our city, and regard what is the benefit of Economic Development, our city and its citizens suffer a tremendous dis-service.

Our council districts, each should have a pro-active economic development program- Our city, has functioned without a leader in the capacity as Economic Development Director.. which is not only an unreasonable but unconscientiously reality default.

Poor Performance of SBA- and Economic Development:

We sat idle, and neglected to fight for, the mandate to make use of the money the President nearly a year ago, slated for SBA to provide to business, and we allowed banks to hi-jack the process with unreal expectation of credit scores, in a climate when credit damage is a common reality impacting all but the wealthy. Yet we let banks hi jack this funding, and hoard it and only provide it to the well to do, when it was designed to assist and support the needs of the struggling business. SBA sit idle and did not mandate nor did it even pursue the role to be the dispenser of funds, nor did it seek city support to develop an apparatus where they could provide these funds to the business public.
Economic Development was missing in Action, which could have pushed for congressional or other support to gain control over those funds, and make them available.
All the while we watch as banks hold our nations progress hostage.

We see nationwide that the banks are the culprits with the expectations of high and escalating interest rates, when the economy is devastate, yet, nothing was done locally nor nationally, to force and mandate that the interest rates be dropped and froze the meet with a high unemployment rate and a diminished income generating base- and as a result we have foreclosure which impact and devastate the business community, all for the sake or our leaders playing patsy to banking. We remain unaware while we sit idle and listen to banks making multiple billions of profit per quarter, while the American people suffer, hardships, losses and constructive robbery at the hands of banking policies. While bankers and others of sorts in the money game program, pay themselves bonuses upon bonuses as American people continue to loose their principle investments.


Poor State Level Leadership - We need to learn how to be distinct in grasp for means and extend our reach for ways to grown

Medical care madness

Sadly, we have Politicians, especially such as Sen. ---- who is so unconcerned about the welfare of the people, that he follows the script of big hospital medical money which pushes propaganda and infuriate and delude the people. all the while children die for lack of options in medical services, senior and the working poor, go untreated. because he supports the madness of the medical business to extract high profits at the expense of the populations health. He is unaware that insurance companies have guideline, but he thinks the government programs should not. Yes, everything has guidelines. but one fact is certain.. We need programs that do not deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. Now think what you will about what you will. But you may need to think carefully about the many loved ones of many people who have passed on from the denials by insurance companies, or the families that have been ripped and left with massive bills because of insurance denials in the private sectors. Yes, you could be next... so before you follow the mob script led by big business dollars, you may need to grasp a concept that exposes reality, as to what may be when it personally confronts you.

I lost a sister behind insurance companies dropping coverage, while she was hospitalized,
I had another relative, who had insurance after his retirement, and due to prostate cancer, it did not pay what it needed to pay, and then when he died the hospital put their goons to take his property., claiming his insurance was not covering the over charged cost they imposed .

While these politicians are spreading all this negativity that is not beneficial to the public, do you see any of them developing a intra state program to create an organization that can restructure the crazy mortgage interest, do we see any of them, making effort to create a program that targets and converts every variable mortgage? Do we see them trying to develop a state back plan that can convert the mortgage plans to a fixed 4-5% interest rate, and allow this nation to heal. No... they can't even think that far, for being mob rousers, behind their bought mentality to pander to big business. all the while looking for campaign contributions. instead of doing the job of serving the people and the community of cities and states.

How do we elevate tech-pertiese proficiency.

Where is the program, to develop minimized tuition to Trade Tech, for each of these schools that have "hard to place children' or from the sectors where schools are located in poor communities. It simply does not matter to them. We have closed Building that once use to be schools, they can easily be converted to "certificate program institution" that gives citizens a leg up where they can again feel they have means to present their value as a person and individual. We can improve in advancing the stature of our people and their educational needs to be competitive, they can be utilized to offer re-training to our population of over 40 people who need career path re-structure to re-enter the job market. putting people back together, as progressive individuals, in ways they can again contribute to our growth and progress.

But these politicians have absolutely no foresight in how to uplift people, but they are skilled in created controversial drama making madness trying to keep name recognition alive. for the sake of their self concerned political careers.

We need nation building mindset in our political sphere, and we need city building mindset in our political arena. but that is the core factors to a failing nations, is the lack of such regards.







It all revolves back to us becoming an Economical Development hub, with an understanding of the importance of
Economical Development.


I've posed the question: Why are we not seeing "SISTER CITY" commercial networks, not just as a city, but council districts can equally so build interwoven Sister City networks within their District - to make us the hub model of a new understanding of the benefits of Sister Cities program. The funds that are allocated for this is astounding, but overtly ignored and not addressed.
Programs are many and plentiful:
There is not only and economic infusion potential, but a cultural explosion which brings us to be truly expansive in multi cultural growth.

We have the opportunity too seek out information, in this day and age, we shall if we will, seek out to have understanding, and be led less by the influence of corporate natured manipulations, we have the opportunity to stand up to the conduct of the worlds corporations, which seek every means to use our resources, to encroach upon us, and wreak havoc's in our lives.
We have the chance to become a society, that let not the wild ways of greed, dominate our lives, by the actions of the corporate world. which seeks profit at any cost, both human life and human spirit.
We may learn better to see much, we may know better how to do much, if we find our pathway beyond apathy; and reach beyond greed, to learn what is fairness.

We may need to review much, not only in the ways our business work, but to insure that ethic's are returned to the classrooms, which teach the leaders of industry. We may start in the home, so the Sons and Daughters of American, do not enter corporations and create policies that turn and even assault their own parents, with the actions of greed, and gluttony.

If people stop and ask the questions that matter. -

How can a bank or investment firm, set aside more money to pay and compense themselves, than they set and claim as earning to pay the people who's invested money. Instead Bankers and Investment brokers play games with the ignorance of the people, while they rip off retirement funds, and anything elese they see options to rob. And American people sit back, assuming themselves helpless, so they swallow it, and make excuses, to condone it. Who suffer's .... is, Their childern, Yes, yours and everyone else, except the greed masters, - While your child has to watch as your money is being gobbled up by the crooks of financial industry. And your child is afraid to even dream of college, when they see the hardships, you as their parent continues to go through. Because there is nothing left to save for college.
and we as people sit unaware, ignorant and silent, and making excuses to condone executives devise malice to rob the people of this nations. and claim it to be the policy of business.

It's time in this life, the American Investor becomes smart, and wise and mostly it first must become AWARE.

When the brokerage pay themselves kings ransoms to manage your money, and turn and give you pennies, and many times claim a loss, but they never suffer any cuts, but you earn nothing, and in some cases loose even your principle amount, while they still pay themselves millions upon millions.

What will it take for the general investing public to become aware.? what will it take before salary caps are placed on investment executives, fixed income models, instead of , the wild game, of spin the wheel and pay themselves, at the expense of the investors of this nations.

Health care, people are on a wild mission of ignorance, rather than to seek out the principle of understanding.
Private Insurance has every kind of rule and guideline, but people assume the government is not suppose to have any guideline and rules, in the options they present. But people swallow the guidelines and rules of insurances companies, and find themselves denied coverage, limited in what coverage offers, and they pay Top Dollar for it, and then never say a word. The Government plans offers people an OPTION, which gives them far less rejections than the private industry, and afford no denials based on existing conditions, and offers people the chance to support taking the monopoly away from Big Insurance, and people are so easily led and misled by the greed masters who pay to keep them mis-informed. All the while, private insurance continues day by day, denying people care, and coverage, and any other items it can deny, all for the sake to save a penny, and pay the executives millions upon millions. While expecting the health care workers to do it for nickels and dimes.
America needs to learn to stop the "executive worship", and they may be able to see clearly, that it is never the executives that makes the business work, it is the people who do the actual job. This means there should be a "Cap placed on the compensations given to executives", and better benefits afforded unto the workers.

We may need to become a society that is less about Idolatry, and more about the practicality of respect of persons, as individuals, who simply have different roles within the work that makes systems operate.


Some how, America seems to have just given itself away, and the quality of business has faltered, the quality of product and service has declined, and the only thing that continues to rise is the compensations given to the executives, who turn business into a public insult, unto the people who patronize and utilize the service.

Banking will continue to collapse, because they have become a criminal enterprise, stripping and ripping the public, and Americans are so in Awe of institutions, we have become indentured servants to these nature of operations. Unaware they use our money to make havoc in our lives, with fee's that are pointless and excessive. But we are so awe struck, we have become passive pawns, who have lost the ability to have a voice.

What results, everything has fallen in this country, We now have to rely of foreign good will, simply to make it, because our corporations have become enterprises that have little to no regard for the people who engage to patronize them. Executive pay, is excessive, while they operate on foreign money and tax money, and what they can rip and rob from the public. Then they turn and deny lending to the same public who's money they utilize.

They have simply become wicked and wiser in their wickedness and we have become lulled into a complacent mindset, while our pockets are picked clean. and still we sit silent. unaware, and uninformed, while afraid to even have a voice.

What do we witness.. Yes, we don't only wittiness, we support the decline of a nation, all for the sake of a few greed masters, dictating until we are intimidated into compliance, to pay without benefit of getting the service we think we pay for, and then fee's turn us into indentured servants, who can't support and maintain a family. for supporting corporate greed.

Yet, we have become so unaware, we pay without thought, and find our lives declining, the harder we work, and all we see is one after the next, of criminal executives, living lavish, and every 5 years, we see them finally get busted, By then they've taken the public for such a horror ride, and they claim innocent, all the while the wealth of a nation has declined, to the point, in less than 30- years, we are now dependent on China, a communist nations, to prop up, our Democratic nations, and we remain unaware.


We as a public should ahve the option to "invest directly into any company in this nation, not to a brokerage firm, but direct to the company we choose to support. Brokerage firms should only be an option for companies to gain funding,
When people become aware, we may realize this, and take back our country from corporate greed policies, its business and the labor which belongs to the people of this nation, from the control and demise driven policy of executive greed masters.

President Obama has been working very hard to build this nation for the people, and people fight him more about his color, than about the principle which can restore the nations back to being about the people. Racism has been the demise of this nations, the ignorance of it, has been the continual back breaking process far too long, and such ignorance infect so many people, until we have become like a nation more vile than when it was in the height of slavery. all behind the insane ignorance of racist minds and bigoted mentalities. People are so vile in their ignorance, they fail to even ackowlege, that the country was left broke and on the brink of collapse,k and we wittnessed the greatest robbery of a nation in the histopry of the world, during the last 8 yrs of administration.

We went from 60 billion to 600 billion of debt- owed to China
We say Monthly Trade Deficits, on 20 Billion, and nothing was even considered to take back and stop selling American Companies to China....
The Result, We have unemployed American's using everything now made in China and our biggest businjess is dollar store selling Chinese Goods, to Wal Mart selling Chinese Goods.
and
still we have not awakend to reality
that we must build back American, from the small business upwards, and everyone yes, everyone gets equality of opportunity in the upward economic model.
We can't allow ever again, the racism built on economic divide principle, to continue to diminish us as a nation and as a people. Are we wise enough to realize that ?? Are we weise enough to let go of the ignorace of racist mentalities - Will we ever learn, that unless all of us rise, we all shall fall.
Now where is there room for bigotry? except in the minds of a fool.

and we resulted to have banking collapse, and corporations closed and the meltd down of the whole financial system, and people want to deny it as reality.






And without bail out, of ourselves, from our own tax debt, we would be no more than a remake of Argentina. But the racist mentalities blind people from facts, We wage crazy wars, while a nations is bankrupted no less than 4 times over the past 8 yrs. but the ignorance of many won't even acknowledge that truth. The only thing that kept the delusion of wealth alive, was raising the debt load a nations can carry, and the Past Administration did that, up to 4 times.

within less than a years, President Obama has helped restore diginity in the eyes of the world, about this nation, he has helped restore some confidence in our currency, and vowed never to allow the thieves to insult this nations again with their greed policies. But the ignorance of racism won't let people face that truth.
He has brought back diplomacy, and tossed out the dictate and manipulate policy of the past 8 years, and those things are what helps bring world peace. But none for racism, can see, that is itself worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize. Nations that did not talk before, now are willing to talk, Nations we did not listen to before, now feel they have voice, and we are slowly regaining world respect from the nations of the world.

As to our corporations and how we can best make them strong. ....

They should have a system where the public can invest directly with the company. Imagine the Millions and Billions, that would flow into companies, and not into the hands of investment brokers and their over paid teams. Investment firls have us deluded to think they are the only mechanism. But truth is, each company can set up their own program to manage direct investments into their business. and they would not them be subject to a ticker tape claiming they are out of business. We have been blind, to not see, ticker tapes have closed down many comapnies, all behind, people short selling and every other kind of stock manipulations, and healthy companies have been forced to close or sell themselves. Not because they were not good, only because the greed masters, could profit from their demise. Closing one, helps make a monolopy for another.
And we have become blind, and the result is jobs are lost, and families devastated and made homeless, and people remain still UNAWARE.

We made the choice to belive television commercials, telling us that only big corporating is the answer, and we simply killed the samll business owners, who made this country work. We killed the money that small business put back into our communities, and we watched as community after community fall, and still, unaware and can only think big corporations will save us, when they don't contribute back as small business does to your community.

We lost the ability to balance small business and big business in our community, and
what resulted is a decline in the American Spirit..

The Result, we shrink continually, ad many are left jobless and homeless, and still we are unaware.

The American Truth of Family



A Mixture of Many



Now take each other, and extend their family spectrum, and it may be easy to see, the blend and mixture of the American Make up of the Family units.
This is no different than how family mixture existed over 400 years ago, and it's how it exist today, in the 21st century..

Over all those "hundreds of years, the blend and mixture became even more blended and mixed, and spread across this nation, and into other nations all about this world.

so when people think to be prejudice, they may simply not be aware of what is the make up in the entirety of their family.

When people consider the lying and denying, the slipping around in the middle of the night, and the many bedrooms that were shared but never discussed and avoided as being subject matter, people may began to understand many things, and within those things, they can't be certain of what mixes exist within the bloodline of their lives.

Now add in the many ethnic groups that came to America between the 1700 and Today, and the many bedrooms they jumped between, and the offsprings they produced, some hidden from view, some denied and shipped to other places, and some passing to fit in where it most suited economic opportunity. And the Puzzle then becomes very detailed with parts that have unknown compositions.

some even acted racist, to protect their sense of passing for a race that could get options of opportunity, some simply just blended where they chose, and the cycle and mixes compounded more and more and more.
some had babies, and some made babies and when they were born were sent to orphanages, adopted away, and groomed into a variety of family models..

beyond all of that... We have anthropologist, who tell us, that the human being can be traced back to the African continent, but we also know, in the regional expanse of the continent, the skin color of people span the whole spectrum, as well as it mixed with the middle east, the European and the Far Eastern cultures over many generations and centuries of generations of people.

The first settlers of American and Many to Follow, were what??

Some outcast from other places, many of the disadvantaged from other places, and many who come from family frames that were downtrodden, mixed ethnic make-up and every kind of realism that people live within.


That's why today, people are quick to say, oH' on my great this or that, there is this blood and that blood, and they had a bit of this blood and that blood, and only my other parents side, they had this blood and that blood, and etc...

What is real in America is one simple thing..

"Economic Divides", that seek skin tone as the segregating motivation, which carried forth for years, and yet that was not as solid in fixed frame as one would assume, because Indentured Servants, were too of a wide spectrum of blood mixture and they too mixed to further the mixture, but were afforded some level of economic gain, based on the lightness of their skin.

The American Melting Pot... is exactly what is implies,.....
A mixture of many bloods, into the whole of the people.

If we as a Nation ever face that reality and fact.. and learn that economic status does not make one of any greater integrity than another, nor a person above another in the eyes of Gods creation of the human being.
Then, Prejudice of race, ethnicity and skin color, would quickly become a thing of the past.

and
We could face the culprit of "economic disparity" and work to be less quick to think ourselves better than other's based on material matter.

See this country went though the fight to adopt "equality of person as a equal human being", but we have yet, to come to terms with "Economic equality", where nothing of economic opportunity is denied, deferred nor colluded with conjured criteria, to support an old system of maintaining imbalance in Equality in and of Economic Opportunity.


It's so pathetic.. that white people putting down white people, because of difference in economic measurement, black people putting down black people because of economic measurement, and black and white putting each other down because of economic measurement.

When the truth is, We fell from being the greatest producing economic machine and standards of provision, when we denied opportunity to others, because of their skin color, or their economic means status, and what resulted was, poor whites and black or poor economics, were pushed back, and jobs sold away, that denied them the ability to be economically upward progressive.

so what do we see, poor white living in deteriorated communities, and poor blacks living in deteriorated communities, and no jobs that can afford them to uplift to even maintain or upgrade their community, nor plan to save to send their kids to higher learning, to move up the progressive ladder of economics.

We have not , just seen Goldman Sach's, say they have set aside 16.3 BILLION DOLLARS, just to pay their compensation to each other, which, is an amount greater than the yearly total, they will declare as a profit, to give their stock holders and investors a dividend. And that results to a criminal enterprise, that uses the people money, to pay themselves, at the expense of the people, and then dish them pennies on the dollar, and expect them to be happy.

We see jobs, cutting benefits and reducing pay of the workers, and yet, increasing executive compensation, where one person in one comany is making in some cases over 100 million dollars, and the madness of it all, is they were and are a hired employee, just as any other employee who is employed by these firms.

Its no different than a slave owner, paying himself, and giving nothing beyond the cost of basic shelter and food to the slaves and demanding higher labor production, while they sit back and claim the profits, and then declare a loss, to avoid paying taxes. All the while whining and crying about public services, which help the same people, whom these titans refuse to pay enough so they can help themselves.

America, can't get the system of creating indentured servants out of its system, and the Rich refuse to live in a world where they do so with fair and respectful regard of those who actually do the work.

Long before when the actual owners who crated these companies, were alive, they re-invested to grow their business, thus to employ more people, these Gluttons who are nothing more than "hired help" and have no vested interest in the company, beyond counting their stock options, and giving themselves a bonus, and wasting the corporate money, to create an opulent environment for themselves. All the while , the product quality declines and the service is non existent.

American people... is what it will take to change the paradigm from the "slaver and slave/indentured servant program"... to become a nations that respects its people and share in the equity of the labors of the people. and realize that the people at the top, are simply hired employees, just as the person on the assembly line. and they are due not extra compensation for doing the job they were originally paid to do.
We need to go to a system where Executives are paid "fixed Salary"... just as the rest of the employees.
then company will have money to re-invest in itself, and to hire more people and pay the people a wage suitable to have and meet the so claimed "standard of living".

America wants to set itself aside of other countries and claim its standard of living is better, yet we have so much of the nations people caught in a cycle living below third world poverty levels.

When the time came that women and minorities could be paid the wage of Union scale, The rich shipped away the jobs, to maintain the same thing they created 100's of years ago.. and that was the denial of women and minorities, equality. and in the process of trying to deny women and minorities, it too sold away the productive capacity of this nation, and thrust everyone into the abyss of spiral down, decline as a nation.


This is the premise of .. live by the sword, die by the sword"...
which is to say, this nations was built up, by using and abusing people, and its down fall in its economic stature, fell for the very same reasons. using and abusing people.

Because it can't respect the true make up of the American Families, from the generations expanse and mixture.
