"Learning "Trust" and How to engage it

If... in your relationships.. you have doubts about " Trust" and what may be possible within relationship... in part you may be right, because no-one, can fully know anyone, but we also have to give people the benefit of their capabilities, therefore, to allow the option for them- to have potential in their ability to trust. As to life- people harm and hurt each other everyday, temptation is ever present in living, and the human reality of wants desires, and pursuits, as well as sexuality, : 'NO ONE" is above or beyond being tempted. so reality is, Trust should never be blind, but reasonable. and being reasonable, is to acknowledge that things happen, and the potential of it happening is a reality - therefore we have the gift of communication, to work with reasoning and understanding. tolerance and acceptance, and knowing when to walk away.. so anyone expecting some "Replications of Impenetrable Purity in anyone, is going to be disappointed from the start. Now on a religious note: If, an I say If.. people Put God before one another, then God become the "filter" within their love, but when they try to put each other before God... they will find problems a plenty.. because they are trying to make each other Usurp God..therefore - they try and find their salvation in each other, rather than in God, when what they should seek, is to 'share the salvation they find through God Graces with each other. which means simply, Try and do what they feel is right in Gods light, not each others.. and they may have a better chance to understand of what to trust in and of each other, and how to trust each other

Try your heart it may expose something wonderful in you.. we have tried devise of every sort, and we have tried manipulations with assorted tactical engagements. and each times, we find we have to unwind the strings from ourselves, which we bind ourselves within, trying to free ourselves from the binding we tried to entangle another.. If you put rules on another, you have also put them on yourself, if you put constrains on another, then you have also constrained yourself - and when two people part, they struggle trying to free themselves from that same binding they sought to bound another into. We get angry, because the binding we sought to place, made us sacrifice our own self expression in a many varied ways. Then we think the other owes us something for the binding we placed on ourselves, in our attempts to bind and bound another. and realize that neither was free within the game of self binding and the bounding of each other. Yet, we say, love is free, but we won't let it be- we start with a thread, and it quickly turns into a rope, and then we convert it into a chain, the minute that love is claim in mutual loving.. and wonder why suddenly the relations goes from one that people do things, to share enjoyments, and quickly become, a cycle of 'duty imposition upon each other".. until they are bound within the house looking at each other, anguished because they no longer feel free to be. then they resent sharing with each other, and hold contempt at the thought of each other having any joy, and any pleasure without a list of pre-requisits... and people wonder why their passion becomes entrapped in their emotional bubble of contempt.. and they fight like mad, each other.. yet they won't free themselves within themselves, back to learning how to simply share and appreciate the opportunity to share, and learn to go out and do things, which they can enjoy the opportunity of sharing. When your relationship get in these doldrums, go do something together, don't sit and wait on the other to plan and suggest it, you plan and suggest things you can share, and the other will eventually do the same, and you each learn to be free in sharing with each other, the things you see and have interest to share in what is loving. Stop measuring it based on who pays, or who make the first move to plan something... that's childish and self defeating.. stop assuming, which person has to pay this or that, so you can feel comfortable to share, you have to ask yourself, are you sharing or selling, the experiences of sharing. yes, there's much to learn in loving, and that much is within self... which is the parts one learns beyond where selfishness encircles the self... if you can't surmount that, then you encase your own love in a cage and chain it to the floor, and become anguished - but afraid to look at what you, yourself have done in caging your love and the opportunity to share it. Growing and learning is a wonderful thing, when we accept that we've not learned everything, and that we will never grow more than enough.. Try your heart, it may just free your soul -- to share its love.

funny thing about living

there are many attitudes in living - but within it all, there is some learning engaged, it is up to the individual to gain that learning.. not everything is liked nor will everything be liked, but what is relative to growth, is the ability to not shut down at the first agitation, and sadly, this is a point of discussion. people shutting down, the minute they don't get their emotional high from something, but as with life, the sun does not reach the earth everyday in an un clouded skies, and there are many types of could that bring many thing that take place beneath those clouds, and the sun shines above them even still. I have found in this web site, that women are quick to shut down at the slightest thing, but they claim they are open minded, but close it at the slightest thing when they don't get agreed to, patronized, or solicited with nearly suck up like patronizing from men. they run from the magazine, because the men there don't play worship the female games, and talk about the reality of situations, and the real world truth, that exist. the oddity is, some women will quickly tell men, the exact same thing about other women, when she is trying to catch him, and claim herself above the rest, but turn and detest men, acknowledging the same things. people can read blogs, and get attitudes, and not engage to share commentary, as if they feel that will diminish the blogs which already exist when they get to it. there are people who get in the web sites and slam and fight each other for a million motivations of attitude, and many have never met nor know anything about the other individuals. Attitudes that some think they are too pretty for others, or too elite minded for others, or too special for others, and the self consumption of it all, takes more from them then they think they deny unto others. some will deal with their disagreements, and move along to the next subject, and maybe they agree maybe they don't but, they did not shut down.. some carry grudges, like they have a collection bag, waiting to fill it up... some roll with the changes and keep being interactive. funny things about living... when the whole of it is simply, we all will live and we all will someday not live anymore, every person that eats, must s--t, and every person who is awake will need sleep... no amount of money or ego, will make anyone get an extra minute when their time comes, nor will their ego, get them any more favor in Gods eyes, what will matter, is the good they do, and if they can engage life with human regard for others.. have your pleasures and have your fun, dream your goals, and pursue your dreams.. but know that nothing is a fantasy, but all things which become a part of life is the reality that becomes your living. never think you are too high, because you may find how low you are, and never think you are too low, because you can find that you stand as equal as others, in the fact of being alive and being a human being of the world. No matter what you think you expect, respect must meet respect, if it is to be respectful with mutual regard. what's between your legs can make more a fool of you, than those you try to make a fool of with it. and no matter who or how you engage your sex, it will never be anymore than you think it is, and when time comes and goes, its just what it is, sex... and every experience is what you make of it or what you don't make of it... so rating and judging another, means that you probably have ignored your own functional performance, while you are judging another. your stuff is no better than the next person, because its a generic body parts, all females have one that is specific to females , and all males have one that is specific to males. and the summation of it all, comes to the simplicity of - communication. you either can and will and do, or you surround it with conditions and restrict it with expectations. and your life shows the results...

I may discuss a lot of thing bout the human realities, but not all men, and not all women are alike, and not all women are users, and not all men are users.. individuals make those choices, as individuals, until they find the enlightenment to actually care of and about each other. many women, have as many fears of men, and all people fear being used, or taken advantage of and /or made a fool of. but when one encounters a situation that may have meet a user or what they feel is an abuser, that may be that persons defense mechanism, more than it is the person they want to be. Now there are people who care about nothing but self, but they are easily identified, and they generally will expose that in the most obvious way. But, as to the psychology of people, there are many things individuals are battling with in their concepts of life and living, and dealing with relationships. EZ, often says for example, if one goes to Thailand, take your time, and get to know the woman, before you fall head over heels, and the same thing goes for women, they must get to know the person before they fall heads over heels. Likewise so, regardless of what country you live, take your time, if you are dealing with these internet romances, don't loose your head before you share face to face meeting, and don't try to make it more than it is, until it becomes to be what it is... sex is what it is, but each person need to understand what they are doing when they engage it, if you are looking for fun, find someone who is looking for fun. if you know the other person is looking for love, and you are looking for fun only, then someone is going to get hurt in the exchange. People let their desires over-rule their integrity, and they either damage themselves and or others, or they make a bad situation from what could otherwise be a good situations. many men and many women, can deal with honesty if people -make that their priority to be. but having covert motives, won't work.. don't pretend you just want fun, when you are really looking for a stable love building relationship, and don't claim you want love, when your eyes are plasters on benefits for selfish consumption... be prepared to talk 'after sex", because much is often not said, before sex, but if you don't talk about it before, you certainly will deal with the realism of it after, so if it comes to that, then talk, but try to talk straight from the start, and you start it like you want it to be, and it works without people playing games. some women are taught to equate a mans love by how much he spends, you can change that, by spending nothing, and showing that you care, if she does not accept it unless you spend money, then it may be best to let her go find someone who is willing to buy her openness to understanding to share care. but no matter how many things we may know about what people do, and how people do things, we cannot claim, everyone is the same, nor is every gender the same in what they do, because if a person is alive, they are certainly and individual, and if they die, they will die as an individual. so they live as an individual..

Real World Challenges

We all face them, and they are many- they involve everything which makes up our lives.

How do we deal with it? ..... becomes many many things, we learn, we pursue to understand, and we work hard to develop navigational skills.
What works, is the continual development of our communication capabilities and our teamwork skills, and most importantly regard for the human capability..

As posted in various writing, our systems improve with time, but also with the awareness of what needs we have within adapting unto change, and how best to make those changes.
We learn continually, new ways, in how to interpret capability, and we learn better how to identify as well as develop and promote skill, and skill building support frameworks. In learning, be it a boss, or the bosses boss, the continual learning to be open to ideas, and to better develop delegation technique and competency in doing so, while building team working atmosphere's, continue to show its value points. Our world can't progress without this vital component. As workloads expand and duties multiply, along with checks and balance which compound each day, and over the course of years. We learn, no person can stand alone in a environment that involves team support connectivity to build and make function, a connected world, which performs with collateral support functions.

How we approach it, become many times, a measure within our ability to succeed, as well as our ability to adapt and transform into higher effective levels of productivity and greater efficiency. We build progress via these regards.

How many ways do we turn, in our searches for growth building opportunity, not only in over-all capability, but in developing our supporting cast. Some we see, via specialized training, and some we see via natural ability, and other ways we see, learned performance skill. Yet, we must not over-look the ability within training potential of new individuals skilled and unskilled- to develop the talents which hold potential to become organizational assets.

What fit works; Congeniality, is a vital component, but honest speaking, willingness to learn, but; also willingness to open and embrace change. The will to grow, and the willingness to support and promote team-work. Building unity, builds morality enhancements , as an inspiring atmosphere brings the best of individual efforts, to the forefront.


A transition of general public tech modification, began in the early 1960's which took a higher step in the 1970's, as technology become a integral part of our industrial make up - we began the trek from the industrial revolution, to the technology revolution. Here we are today, standing in the midst of Industrial -Technological and Information System - Operational Dominance in America.

New skills, new uses for technology, and improved ways to manage information. Our industrial functions interwoven into our technical integration, and a nation moves ahead, building what has made the 21st Century, unlike any times before. The speed, but the need for continuing improvements in productivity with an higher and higher emphasis on accuracy and target focus - moves our markets at lightening speed, with production, innovation and distribution, aided and supported by global communication, which expanded to become even hand-held devices. Information, now moves at speeds we can barely imagine the sophistication behind such transmission. yet, its been made 'common sense simple to utilize"... again, Knowledge transferred into common sense usage modeling and design gadgetry... simplifies our world and our ability to interact. "We Communicate" .. as never before in history. Our world extends beyond borders, and span the globe with instant accessibility. Our world, has changed, and we've become unified in previously unimaginable ways.


Real World Challenges

Real world challenges, Become many things, over the years many workers displaced by the change and shift in the world's industrial centers, changes and shifts in a workforce training needs, changes and shifts in the educational system, and changes and shifts in how we live our everyday lives. We learn by many means, and we adapt in many ways. and our future re-shapes itself as the days come and go.

What might tomorrow bring if we don't continue, with a passion to forge together our assets within the capabilities of people- and push to build better, improve our performance in how we manage, and respect our environment in doing so? but, what becomes of very important concerns is: how we regard our people, and how we continue to improve to manage our environmental regards. If a world does not perform to support its people, it has missed the aims in the basic creation of both industry and civil community; and if it fails to respect it's natural environmental protections, it makes toxic its very habitat of humanity and all living things.

Challenges have been and will always be present, but what equally so become an important matter, is the ability to bring the people along with the proposed changes, otherwise we get a dis-connect in how progress moves.

Each Generation brings some unique attributes into what makes a world. The old and the new, is what forge changes; without one, the other does not unfold to expand.

Tomorrow is built by the components of today- and our Future holds the capability to do amazing things.

What must not be forgotten is the true core value of the people.

What will we make of ourselves ?

How much shall we remake the imagery across our physical landscape- without -making adjustments in how we groom our youth and how we treat each other

What will we make of ourselves ?

What's your dream? and where does the desires lead?
How do you- see our growth, and what do you feel you can contribute to our development.

Should we- go from community to community - and create programs for young boys- such as arts, crafts, automotive development and building, Welding and computer technicians, software design programs, Dance and Music production, animal care taker programs, partnership with Police and Fire Departments, Lawyer associate programs, girls and boys unity programs, social -sexual awareness and gender respect programs, writing programs, or any list of professions, which these young boys, can engage with minimal expense to become a part of.
Now if we can get the professions, as well as the industry which offer's community connect programs, to participate.
We may be able to divert many of these youth from the vagrancy which leads to "Gang Membership". What may become the options within choices- is to get to the "Mothers' and Fathers" and seek them to "enroll their young boys, at an early age into some program - if each parents would consider to do so, not only would the programs expand, but the options for young boys would expand. {{ THE SAME CAN BE DONE FOR YOUNG GIRLS}}. the focal point is on the boys, due to the expanse of 'gang growth, which is dominated by boys, who fail to become men, of responsibility- and fall prey to being gang minions, who are lead and directed by those who see violence as profitable and as a security blanket type of grouping - unfortunately we loose many smart and potentially talented young males to this culture of "self organization", which results to become gangs, of which many have no idea how to escape or avoid.

What it shows us, is the dire need within 'boys" to be a part of something, and they dedicate with their lives- so if we look at that very point, -we may see how these same boys - can and will become devoted to "positive programs", but we have to make it, where it cost them nothing, of money to become a part and participate, and design it so they can see the benefit and growth opportunity it offers them, as series of benefits and attributes as being members

We had a far better society when we had " the Draft", but it need not be a draft to war related military, but we have enough natural disasters, to develop a civil service force, that is a disaster assist organization, urban renewal organizations, which can demolish and re-cycle materials, which provide a public service in doing such works. We certainly have enough enviornmental matters, such a force can be created and mobilized to handle, and the tools needed, would be far cheaper than weapons of wars, which the defense sector of civil service utilize.

china manages it young males, because it has military organization, which continues to grow- as a means to give their male something to be a part of, and they become more civic minded, as well as cultural concerned men. We ignored this value spectrum- by not developing our civil service servicing organization to become more diverse in what it is designed to do. We may benefit our society to re-consider - and build civil service induction, which offers the opportunity to be part of a support organization, which does non combat natured program engagements. It's far cheaper than the result of housing them in prisons, and the cost of crime on the streets and the benefits improve our society of nation.

Gangs teach them more of teams which become a negative teaching, where we may consider to think of "Teaching Team Work"- in a positive group environment.
We spend "$$ BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS $$" for every kind of foreign aid imaginable, but, we don't seem to see, nor act as if we care about the need to spend billions on the boys who become the men of tomorrow, right here in America.. We by some means, seem not to see this as a growing need, right here in America - How do we become eager to help the world of people, and ignore what are the needs within this very nation we live.

Now, if we don't see the value, and the benefit of this, then we are missing something amazing, in an opportunity for "us" to help give them options, which help build their character. Nope- we may not get 100% achievement ratio's, but we can gain %'s that do make a difference.

Yes, some will cry where does the money come from - but if we look around, we are the resource pool, that becomes the support premise for this growth and development - there are many types of "Grants", which Grant Writers can design and develop to get these programs off the ground.

What society ignore to acknowledge- is - young male youth, don't know which way to go, nor how to get where they want to be- and they fall by the side and get swept away in the "bravado chase", looking for stature, and copartner-ship - simply to be accepted and to feel they are a part of something.

This goes back to the heart of matters, which is " developing community based support organizations, which help design and administer these programs. this become a matter for Mothers and Fathers, to sign their son up, and bring them to be a part of something.

There certainly is no shortage of smart people in the communities of this city, who can brainstorm this concept, and many organizers who can help with the concepts of design. or we can sit back and watch the streets consume young men, and boys.

We need not continue to develop -Brute societies", where guns and drugs rule- nor do we need to sit back and let a society continue to evolve where crime becomes the pathway, which leads to the prison or cemetery. Yes, it can happen in your family, and NO, you are not exempt.

Everyday, we see girl and wife beaters, come from what some call good families, we see killers, and mad men who stalk, and become serial in so many wrong way things. We see drug addicts, lost to the world, and become an embarrassment to their families, and NO, your money, nor your sterile community has changed any of this.
But what we do see, is limited opportunity to offer these boys a different concept of how to develop, and how to live. Yet, the more boys that fall from the pathways of being social contributors, the more we find our streets becoming a danger and a hazard and consuming them at an alarming rate. We either become aware and wise, and take notice, or we speed down the highways of social destruction, community by community. All for the failure to change a few things in how we create and manage being a society.

The days, when they could work at the corner market are gone, the days when they could work at the local machine shop are gone, and the days they could do many of these things are gone. Because we as a society, have lost interest in "localized business creation, of small shop craftsman and mechanics of every sort. Lawn cutting now is an adult dominated enterprise, so what is left for these young boys to learn the value of honest earning, what is left for them to learn the morality and ethics of being a contributor.

Now, they have one simple thing "Bravado Pursuits"... so we have simply given up as a societyand then we complain about what results to show. We leave "Bravo Pursuits" as their main option, and within that - what we find is crime and violence, fear and the acts of the fearful. Trying to grasp for "bravado", and they call it respect, when it amounts to nothing more than learning how to intimidate. They have lost the meaning of Respect- and assume that "Fear Making", is the delusional concept they have developed and assumed to try and claim it as being "Respect" by becoming a bully or terror addict.

Respect

Yes, it is learned and re-learned early.. but; we must build a network within community - of which "Respect" is gained, through learning to be a "contributor", and it is gained by being a part of some means to "make a contribution'

As the adults in this day and age, instead of us writing off young men, we may need to figure out how to "write them In", making them a vital and visible part of our plans, and our works, and engage them within our gained understanding.

There is no magic pill - but by engaging idea, we can find ways to build and develop means to change the course of this mis-guided river, which sweeps them into the tides, and take them into the spin of turbulence, where they fight for survival and act with despaired efforts - and confused as to what option to choose, and what direction they should travel.

We let prison wake them up, only after their acts of tragedy has taken the toll on their young lives, which may have them living in the languished state of being defined by the madness of the crimes they commit.

We've become a society that hoards material things as adults, and measure each other behind what the other has, or how much the other has.
Then, we wonder why our kids value such material measure, and we condemn them for the very thing we promote in the imagery of how we live.

Neighbors can't talk to neighbors, because one is envious of what the other has, or one looks down on the other for what of material things, they don't have.

Gadgets and Material Matter, and the delusion of flashing cash, is what we as adults sum up, to be the basis of whom we talk to and whom we avoid.

We wonder why kids learn to be quick to kill, trying to get this fake measure, of things which become no more than the worship of "idolatry" - as we make material things, mean more than the value of community, more than the value of sharing association, and then we attach titles, based on anything we can claim as a title. Then, we use that title to look down upon others, or carry ourselves like we are some master of a segment. Yet, we are blind and unaware to see it is the examples we push, that lead these kids who turn to seek to gain this material measure, by any means possible. because we paint pictures in our movies, and our lives, that nothing matters but material gain and material measures. and the sad thing is, we blind ourselves to seeing what our material obsession has created.

and
Ethic and Value of the Human Reality and the Reality of Community, and the position as contributor.. is void in their minds, because, we make it void in the examples we present.

What will we make of ourselves ?

We have so many segments of the city which needs things- from - creative crafts which can design and decorate our landscape with sculptures and other artistic things. we have enough run down properties all over the city, which can become projects for boys to participate in fixing it up, we have parks that are lacking creative landscaping, we have median's in our streets, that could use design work, we have business with junk piled around it, which can become 'yard keeper projects, to hire young boys", we have auto shops, that can become apprentice shops, we have every kind of craft and skill one can imagine in this very city- which can develop mentor programs. We can set up programs, that are designed to pay $5. an hour, for 15 hours a week, for young boys, where it automatically, puts, $25 into a saving bond, and $50 dollars, in a checking account- and create "kid cards", to manage and monitor their spending. this eliminate the money being in their hands to support drugs, or entice them being robbed, or other things.

We have to become a society that is creative- if we hope to build a future.

We have enough empty building, to establish a R&D shop, that has as many attributes like the Caddo Career Center - which can function as a co-operative between school and city. Here they can learn and engage projects. We can solicit colleges for Students who would help with this, as a part of a credit program toward their education.

We can make anything work - because we are still "American's"....

Shall we simply explore the ideas.. and build the passions to make them become real.

Or
Will we continue to watch as the gang cluture expands, and the streets crimes become the mainstay of what is our cities. ?

We even have enough land, to build camps, which embrace a strong disciplined programs, for those boys who would be a greater challenge to deal with.
this can be embraced by pursuing a Military system to assist- and designate such programs, as "pre-civil service organizations".

Shall we simply "explore the ideas".. and build the passions to make them become real.

What... will we make of ourselves ?

or will we continue to watch Corporate American and Big Banking take down its more of its citizens with extorting rates, and denials, while they gobble up anything in its pathway, and ship it to foreign shores. Bankers, Investment Houses and Lawyers, were the only beneficiaries of "outsourcing" and "corporate take overs".. and we stood by idly and watched as helpless masses.

Today many find Thinking as a chore, and claim bored, or become consending at the thought of engaging to expound in perspective investigation, and slap stick 'comical rebuttal", is the new, in thing, with "two liner comments, and a claim as being the wit masters, all the while a nation struggles- for lack of public support for what work must be done, such as to reform a nation. and the massive spread of attention deficit, finds anything and everything boring, unless its strictly remains as "side line entertainment" to titilate the sense.

We are simply Sleep Walking and unaware -

Sadly, the Traning class skims subject material, and the bosses, don't want to hear anything but praise from themselves. and the ignored details continue to be what takes down a nation. Details full with collusion in contracts, and details that are purely ignored in everyday living. America Falls, while once struggling nations, embrace the details we found to boring to deal with, they turn it into major industrial enterprise.

Our tech may have developed the computers but other nations has turned it into a thriving industrial complex- while all we do is want to play games on it.
We don't make Televisions, but we spend all our time watching it, We don't make computers, but we spend time on it, we don't make cell phones but everyone has one and the only one in america making money from it, is the network providers, who gain a fortune from people talking. We don't make refridgerators,but people like their beer to be cold, we don't make microwaves, but people want a ready to heat and eat dinner, we don't even make the beds we sleep on, nor the chair we sit in, nor do we make the clothes on our back within this nation, we may next import the toilet tissue to wipe our buts, because the commode we sit on is already imported. If you use it daily, it was probably foreign made. Now how has such reality ever produced a great country and kept it as being great, when it can't produce the things it utilizes. the delusion of the land of luxury, has made us into a land of the homeless, and a land of the unemployed.. and yet,

American's

are still not awake.

UNLESS WE LEARN- TO RE-LEARN - THE BENEFITS OF How to Grow a A NATION, which REBUILDS ITSELF by 'BUILDING UP SMALL BUSINESS"... We MAY FIND, challenges we never even dreamed to be part of being an American.

We Probably should be busy embracing a plan, which seeks to uplift American, from the bottom up, and get away from being contained from the top down. by corporate influences and greed policies that seek to prey upon and against the common decency and human stature of quality of life, by trying to extract a fee- simply to be considered a viable human being.

It's unfortunate we lost the ability to respect Persons, and turned our decency in such regards over to judging people based on "titles" - which led to us judging each other by material measures, instead of the quality of our own individual character and integrity as a human being.
No degree can make one greater than the integrity and character of a person is. and no Title on any job, can replace integrity and character as a human being, in what value it is within humanity. We unfortunately fell into the trap of "idolatry".. and lost the regard for the individual human being as "Person". We can't even love now days, without claiming what title one or the other has, or what degree one or the other has, and its made us more barbaric, the more the obsession of such assessments do to consume people into idol worship states of being.
Today, the common workers, was treated like a pestilences has been sprayed on them, and the title claimers, have declared themselves the most valuable component of companies. Yet they do the least of work, and understand the least of what it takes within the dignity of people, to embrace that work. No person in higher positions have a higher responsibility than to serve the employees, who perform the production function that provide the products or services a company markets.
This ethical premise has been lost, in a world that worships titles, and has resulted to produce poor quality products, while using the quality labor of individuals, for the sole sake, to skim profits to glorify the title of the executive, while providing the public with low grade and non quality products and extracting a cost greater than a kings ransom in doing so. Its quite amazing-

We must flip the script - and again embrace small business, which produce quality, and the executives have a vested interest in the integrity of the products and respect the integrity of their employee base, Then American can again, began to build products and provide services which will be highly desired Globally.





We lost that sense of value- and we must regain what it means, and how to respect all that makes it possible.
This was when American was Great- It respected its people, its employee force and it respected to produce products that provided quality and was supported by superior service.

WHAT WILL WE BECOME AS A NATION - IF WE FAIL TO AWAKEN

History will record us as a Once Great Nation.....

We now have a President who is aspiring to Make us Again a Great Nation, with Sustainable Potential to Remain a Great Nations

Fixing a Nation that was robbed and looted by greed, is a big job, but fighting the expense it takes to Regain our stature's, is choosing self defeat,

We must bear our expense,
and
Build ourselves from the bottom up if we expect to again be and become again,
A Great Nation.


You cannot repair a broken Mansion, thinking in minimal terms, as if its simply to build a outhouse.

It cost the acquisition of debt to build and rebuild a Mansion to its State of Glory.

and it must rebuild the craft services into order to take on the task, which is Building Small Business.
Or Else
It will be left "to import" what is needed to rebuild the Mansion. and yet, if it chooses, to Import; rather than Build Small Business..
It will be left with no small business to maintain the upkeep and generate capital, to pay down its debt.

The next time you buy these product, - Know what you support - and know, it's not American's having jobs - is what you are supporting, but American buy up the products, and keep the "Containment Farm Factories", operating in South East Asia, and The Chinese Mainland.
yes, it does cause American Jobs, and many walk around with the Proud symbol of their product name- never realizing, it symbolizes why, American’s are unemployed, and why cities are faltering, and schools budgets are being cut, and why every program in the nation is suffering.

Even the likes of Wal-Mart and all others that mainly focus on Foreign Products- represent how we have chosen not to have products manufactured in the USA..
But Unfortunately, now, it's too late to change the tide. Unless we come up with a whole new set of products that can be produced on USA soil, we are now the best market place for foreign produced products. I guess we have to live with the reality we created..
And we created it, all in the name of " low cost production", and we created it listening to "so called "Free Market" commentary, and We created it by, our disdain for regulatory controls, and we embraced the concept of "outsourcing" so much so, it was the number one "Buzz word" of the chic'.

So, we reap the reality, From that, which we put all our efforts to sow. and that was to insure we created every reason imaginable, to insure and even demand, that no products be produced on American Soil.

If the clothes did not claim to be designed in Paris, we did not want it, if it was not claimed as designed in Europe, but produced in China, We did not want it.
We don't even use John Deere to cut our State and Federal Grass, if its not made in Korea, or Japan or China, we did not want it. If our Buses were not made and designed in European Nations, we no longer wanted to to fill the public transportation system.

America's college groomed children of American families, head the divisions, and lead the board rooms, as well as provide the reports, which all state, "get the production unit's out of America as quickly as possible, and make sure that nothing is left to assemble anything", and bring everything by ship or plane, and set up, low pay sales clerk jobs, to dispense it, and then pay yourself a bonus, for insuring that your own families are unemployed. And the colleges did such an excellent job, of this training, and awarding degree.. It set up to insure, that no one, absolutely no one, is given a job, that has any decision making, unless they hold a certificate to state they have been groomed, in the process of "insuring American's does not produce anything".

It does not matter what your degree is based, it will get you a job, because you have been trained in the system -'to make decisions that support 'non-production units or facility" in America. They trained them so well, it will dismiss any employee who slips through the cracks, and even remotely suggest that something be built on American Soil, and the un-spoke policy is, Fire them Immediately.

America Leads the World in how its Education System, in the higher educations ranks, train and teach, how to insure that American Citizen's don't prosper, and to make sure, that as many remain un-employed and in sub-servant positions as possible.

That was the structure that existed for hundred of years, and it has found a new way to continue its process. As the old saying goes, "A Leopard can't change its spots"... and American seems to be the Leopard in this case, that can't change it's spots.

Today, we have indentured servants to the banking industry, we have share croppers, who bring their bounty to the stock market and have it taken, and their principal reduced until, fee's eat away at what's left. Those whom though about having a Pension, found their pension funds to be looted and under-funded, to insure they do not rise above being economically contained even in their old age. and if they have anything left, be sure that the medical premiums, feed the Insurance Agencies and take the rest from them.

Yes, the Foreign localities, have compounds of containment, not unlike giant Plantations, whee the people are fed, housed, and given a controlled environment, all in the name of having a job.. but insuring that it will never be any different than how the model of containing "indentured servants" was managed, or share croppers were supervised.

An Un-changed Nation.... 500 years later, operating the same as it did in the 1500-1600's

unless you become a shop keeper, or hit the ranks of a profession that is mandatory in necessity - then you may find much challenge, beyond, the basic labor jobs, which modern machinery has diminished the need of a large work force. just a few machine operators, and a finish up touch crews.. And the situation is contained.
