to find .... "Beauty"

We see it as Men of Truths, upon what is evil of some of what pretends to be.. as a true woman,

Those who are of truth's as Women see it, upon what pretends to be of truth.. as a man..

We each know it is nothing more in cases of many, that upon men, it is chose by attire, to fit an image that is without the integrity of substance to be of the costume i'll chosen for the light of day..

We as men, see it upon women, being nothing more than , a tempting showing of skin, that make light of what is the breast, and draw attention unto the pelvic.. pressing much to show of a posterior, of which lies and thus behold what is their honor.. used for the art of deception, deciet and the consumption of men who know not truth.

these my friends are the reminanat of beauty that is but a delusion unto what is the eyes..that we see, we like and we desire to appreciate... but it the heart that has been twisted and diverted from being of what is a true heart, sometimes, by the ego of vanity, some by the consumption of pleasure which has take all of honor and replaced it with the ill usage of simulation of wisdom... and yet still some utilize it for the gain or the blinding flair of silver coins..and shackles of gold... and the sparkle of stones that are of precious making by the pressures of time..

therefore know.. Beauty which is Beauty born and filled by truth.. is seen in, thru and by any and all acts of the heart, when from the pureness of beauty it comes forth... into being what is Beautiful.. and can only be so thru a truth, void of any ability to be of falsness. vanity or gain for it's mere existance and presentation to be beheld..and thus to behold you in the glory of it's light.

Beyond these things which appear, and reach out with the basking of self interest, and the destructive force, like the invisibility of a comming earthquake... but leaveing devestation far greater than that of a storm..

thought let if NEVER defer you from standing face to face.... and speak only of truth, honor, integrity and love... and the flavorand grace of peace...

and always will such evil flee from before you..
as a thief under a spot light in the middle of darkness.. evil dances a many dance, and seeks to sing a many songs.. but it can never delight in the symphony of what is truth...



with hopes that all who can feel this truth, find blessing and, know of how to always protect what is the glory of themselves.. by and thru living from the truth of their heart...
for nothing evil nor vile in it's intent.. can thus ovecome you... to abandon what is truth
.

To each ... I spoken much by me of what is sex, and what is sexuality and what is pleasure... must first and always... know what is their heart.. and what is their soul..

for otherwise.. Pleasure is what does, will and always confuse the weak... give refuge to the fearful... and shall consume the weak..

therefore.. know always... what is pleasure as it's is borne of the heart, and comes thru the heart and is known in it's glory to be that which is returned to the heart and thus the individual is then in the knowing and living of what Gods gift of pleasure within grace... that will put asmile upon not just your face but through what is your heart.. that is the fullness and reality of whom you are..

confuse this with nothing.. and let nothing of such confuse that which is of truth tht is what is you...

and in the bliss of glory.. shall peace fulfill your life in all endeavors and every expression... for this is the path of Goodness...

only few can make such journey.. unto... what is "of Beauty"

some points may agitate some and may challenge some but try and look thru the agitation to grasp the point that lies beyond..



The Black community will find it's way.. to mend and progress.. but lt needs the looking upon with a broader view.. that gives room for growth and change.. not with hopelessness.

Our problems in life as people.. are inter-linked.. and each element has more sides than 2... it's not a purely black and white issue .. therefore if one is to accept that one can't be fixed then the others can't be fixed either..

so I'm not a defeatist, so I'd not agree that things can't be fixed.. there was a time that racism was so strong that some thought things would never change.. there was a time in slavery that some thought it would never end.. on all side..
on the concerns of whites for 300 plus years.. they thought they would always have a slave, and they got comfortable with having slaves.. and the shock and awe of the abolition of slavery came.. On the side of blacks.. there were some who thoughts the torments and evils of slavery would not go away..

even after the abolition of slavery in the legal sense ended, the slaver mentality still took.. many years before it laid down it's pom poms and banners.. and still even more years before it faced the challenge of equal rights. and still today it is struggling to expand the civil rights to find equality in the areas that it is still with inequality..

that faction of inequality is part of why there are many challenge still in the black community.. as well as the white community and our city progress ..

WE all know there is still the glass ceiling in many sectors of this society.. and in some sections the ceiling is lower than in others sectors of business, this is pervasive all across this country. the tighter the job market becomes the thicker that glass is to break..

we cannot ignore the imbalance in the job market, the imbalance in business options and we see the nature of such.. and we know the nature of such exist.. therefore let's not deny it.. with an appeasing disposition.. but a facing the fact openness of disposition .. to address it, to actively work to make it more unilateral in progress and opportunity.

when we still require "in this society" the need for Fair Share programs.. and the premature dismissal of affirmative action. We lost affirmative action """far to early in it's process""". It takes time to work thru these program.. to began the roots of establishing a free flowing equality..

we still have in society "pockets of nepotism" and "inner circle job consumption".. that keeps many jobs from the available market and keeps some jobs from being open to become diverse. this is fact and reality..

Now there are some things that require economic prominences to progress..

what I won't advocate but, I will acknowledge.. is that many years ago illegal alcohol, propelled some families to have a foundation of economic viability.. and the same things happened with other illegal traded items.. there was even too many years of unequal " 2 tier pay scales" that were laid out as black pay and white pay.. and the lending institution were favorable to one group over the other.. and this allowed the one group to prosper and have means far and above the black group.. and now we live with the results of such inequality.. and still try to throw blames into the black experience and say people are not willing to work.. or don't have.. the awareness of finance.. but we know that there were and still are pockets of unbalanced qualification standards excised still to this date.

,we have to look at all elements in our complaints.. A prime example just to denote the visual aspect.. "when you turn on your television, what do you see.. " 85% or more of all movies are white, if you watch say for example.. Lifetime channel.. 90% of those movies are all white..

what does that show.. it shows by example.. white people with prominence and means.. symbolically that depicts a role model.. even if the character are doing criminal things.. it over all portrays whites as being role models for other whites to aspire and have access.. it provides and image of acceptability that is a key element in opportunity.. so when white apply for positions they have an image that is familiar with the employer who too watches the media and it's massive depiction of the white model.. and we know that the appearance and the impression of how people adapt to the models they are shown in society.. is many time half the effort of acquiring a job..

I can give living examples of these facts..

I for years had to train white guys for position that were denied to me.. and then after training I had to be their source of resource when they had questions or ran into challenges. I have done the capital plans and the quarterly budgets and ran sections of the department for managers, who ask me for my help because they did not feel they were ready for the position they were given.. and I've been stabbed in the back by some of those same individuals.. I've watched people be promoted to levels of incompetency.. becase they had the image that the upper echelons were familiar with as to them being white and having that image that was depicted in our everyday media.. but I can point to where whites have denied other whites position becase they did not have the visible image of what whites cater to such as depicted in the media.. and may have been considered " poor whites" or some other attachment of negativism.. but they were qualified and more qualified than the candidate that got the job.

I have been in jobs where whites have chosen to do the wrong thing rather than the right things.. simply becase maybe a person of color suggested it.. and the methods of silencing the black voice in meeting, or the female voice, or maybe the less prominent white person as well.. or the taking of ideas and reshuffling it and claiming it as their own, and still not providing advancement opportunity to blacks.. who were instrumental in their ascension these things are real and true .. and these things happen as well to women..

so society has much to work on .. and much progress that it needs to make.. therefore when the discussion of elements become into discussion.. we cannot overlook these things..

I have vividly point out some image elements and action elements that blacks most certainly need to work on and correct.. but there are items that whites must work on and correct..

and the over-all. of picking people based on how they look rather than what they can do.. many whites as well as blacks have been denied opportunity.. becase they did not have the polished look.. and one item that people don't discuss.. but there is a look within the homosexual community.. that people associate with position.. and there is sections that are more groomed to hire people for higher position who have the homosexual demeanor .. now people know it.. but they don't discuss it or address it.. but it is a fact .. and often times if you look about society.. many high level position go to these individual.. based on that look and manner demeanor.. as some model of what is profession demeanor..

and it's a fallacy.. If people don't want or pretend they don't know what that look is I can give you a brief description>> for the male.. it's that.. exaggerated demeanor of appeasing courtesy and that exaggerated demeanor of how they speak.. just to name a few points.. and for women.. it's that look and act of being exaggerated in displaying the male emulations , the short hair and near male attire, the near borderline short patiences and hard decision making disposition.. these things .. are contrast against the general masculine demeanor, and the general feminine demeanor. people see it but they don't know how to address it.. As an example.. take the "flight Attendant position for men, they prefer the homosexual male demeanor as a preference in employee selection.. and in business they go for the female with the near what is called butch demeanor. and appearance... this is a fallacy of assuming the person is the best candidate based on such demeanor depictions.... that needs correction in the business arena.. society must see itself to correct itself.

so for those who cheer on what this blog comment speaks.. don't loose your cheering mode when your reflection shows too, in the mirror.. becase as a society we have much work to do..

I will say with certainty and clarity .. that this is not a problem just of the South.. California for instance has probably more racism in it than in the south.. in California it is covert and masked in a million manners.. but the positive element is about the South.. is people are making effort to be conscience not to be prejudice in many more ways .. and they make efforts to think about some of their acts to try and be as unbiased as they can at a given time.. in the growth change of simply being.. and if people don't like you here in the south they just don't deal with you.. where is in California they will pretend to like people as equals.. but do everything they can to treat one unequal in their political correct manner of almost saying what they think, and hiding their hand after throwing mud.. and make their comments in a sly but obvious manner.. In some ways the south is progressing better than the West.. in race relations.. It got a late start on being so.. but it is stepping fast to try and shed that image from within the community..

but we as people of the South have to stop and give ourselves credit .. in the sense that.. we are fast stepping to treat each other with respect.. and we know that we have been a people who have been tagged as racist.. so there is lots of efforts to get past it.. There are things whites want to address to blacks, and there are things that blacks want to address to white.. but I will say what people may find challenge in saying..

We need to help each other.. white people need help from blacks to help them understand blacks better, and what are the black challenges and the black experience.. and how they can best be of assistance.. and the same thing of blacks that need help from whites.. blacks need white s to help them understand things that they may not understand..

In the black community.. sports may be king, and other elements of that are not about investing and etc.. but in the white community, business, real estate and insurance, investment and such is king..

so in the white community it is something white grow up knowing about.. but they don't have a family structure in the black community that has this ready info or familiar association unto such.. within the home..

so people need to not be afraid to teach and hlep each other on a personal daily level of living.. For decades on decades .. many whites have known about insurance and property and to pass this along to their next generation.. in black communities.. the element of insurance and the focus on such to provide benefits to their offspring's.. and as property was passed thru heirs.. not enough emphasis was placed on the valuation and the passing of this as economic vehicles.

help each other talk, about these things.. and share the knowledge .. it can only make us all stronger..

We in the south have a golden opportunity.. to show the world something different of a blend of people.. we have the opportunity to step from under the banner of racial divide.. and we have the wonder of opportunity to show what a blended region can become..

we have coming fast into the mix, the Asian and the Latin population.. we will each loose ground in the stature of the region and the positivity that integrated effort can present..if we don't work together.. build together, and grow together.. I like working with white people.. they like order and systematical process in their business, blacks have creativity, they have the dare to reach beyond the edges of the circle.. and have the ingenuity of spirit to find rhythm in things and create a invigorated flow .. these are things that are to be unified.. and when we see these life traits of each other.. we can reach such magical heights..

I dont not want a job where I am under a white person who does not acknowledge me as an equal.. and takes the position of dictating as to show their attitude of unequal concern nor respect.. Nor do I care for a job where whites. cannot or do not accept a black person who can think, and who can communicate.. and act with indifference toward me as a black man because I can think and communicate.. in ways of having an underlying attitude of " who does that black think he is", or "that black is trying to be uppity" and some have the attitude of " how dare you even think you can feel equal" ... that exist.. and it needs to not exist.

but that is exactly why the general white business community will hire a black female before they hire a black male.. and will make undue challenge for a black male who does display the ability to think, to communicate and being knowledgeable beyond the basic job scope.. or the category of position.. far too often.. in the undercurrent of individuals thought.. it's far too easy for people to say.. " he's trying to be a smart ass, or he is trying to be intelligent.. as if they resent it.. it's been exercised in this site.. with the comments about how one writes and how one uses vocabulary.. but on the other hand whites complain that blacks don't aspire to such.. then when we do as black people it's tagged as being uppity, arrogant and trying to be intelligent.. so they create a No win scenario for many blacks.. and they have to suppress themselves to keep from being fired or given undue burdens of attitude imposed upon them..

so you see there is much of what is racist inner mind working that people must come to terms with and correct themselves.. and see how they prepetuate racism.. it's not enough to say.. Oh I talk with black people, Oh I work with black people.. go beyond that and look into your own mind and see how many time .. as white you cannot accept and don't want to accept the ability of blacks to, know, to think, to perform and the express themselves with intellect and aspiring knowledge above and beyond what some white assume that blacks are incapable of.. that my dear friends in racism in the core of individuals .. and when it's faced in such manners then one can start to say they are not racist and know how not to be racist.. beneath the surface in themselves..
how many of you .. if you see a black man and woman talking.. start to feel contempt swell up inside of yourself.. how many when black people start to talk about things that as a white person you are not familiar with, began to feel contempt swell up inside.. well my friend that is the point in and of yourself that you need to work on not being racist.. and face the fat of what such attitude is connected to.. this is what I mean about the reverberations of racism run deep.. and it is within the inner mind that people must combat their won racism..

i wish people could see these things.. it would make life of such ease to move forth with a braided integration.. We have the chance now to step beyond the acclaim that California had in the early days of the Movie Industry.. We have it here now.. we can if we will move into developing local produced shows.. we can blend our Southern creativity of blacks and whites.. and reach the world with pride.. each of us have strong points and weak points.. and it is first the awareness of that.. then the building to integrate ourselves by embracing that in and of one another..

I have business ideas but they are not ideas that care to be black nor white.. but to care to be .. built with black and white.. If I opened a club .. I don't want a black club or a white club.. I want a people club where everyone feels welcome.. for example .. if It provided music.. I would want it to have nights that it feature various white music and nights that if feature blends of music .

when I was young in high school .. the I ran a station for a guy.. he had a collection of country music.. by the time I finished high school.. I knew all the country songs of that day.. but I also listed to the R&B music of that day as well. I knew the white pop music as well as the black jazz music.

it was such a wonderful blend of appreciation of music..

something that I've always admired of the white process is they establish things.. they build things and they develop systems.. the black experiences is too.. that many things are creatively adapted, modified, and other creative uses for things, and the ability to take little of nothing and make it functional.. these are things we can rely on each other for..

I have a relative .. who has no college.. but he is by far the best mechanic and engineer and craftsman in automotive customization probably in the nation.. he can do with a car frame.. what many body shops cannot do even with high tech advanced equipment.. I plan to document his work.. and record it to DVD.. it would be nice to know .. people who are skilled in developing media content.. to get it right..and profession in it's display.. and many white have that know how, and how to promote it..

but it takes the ability to accept the talents of others within other races and see how it is needed .. and be strong in mind to face such truth in the desire to be productive and grow..

we all remember years ago .. when it was said that whites could not dance, and even whites felt they could not dance.. as blacks do.. but toady.. whites dance and they can dance in equal competitive action as blacks.. in the free style dancing.. but we as blacks can learn from whites Ballroom dancing, Line dancing and square dancing and such things as formalized dancing style ... and whites learn from blacks how to let the rhythm flow thru their body more fluidly.. that's a principal of how we help each other..how we blend how we grow..

if we condemn less and appreciate more.. challenge less and understand more.. if we embrace the will and want to share.. we each learn how better to care.. and the more we care the more we share, and the more we share the more we care..

that' just how god made life and people.
