A short time frame.. yet, it's your life.

Lots of Public figures lives lost in such a short time-frame: from Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Carl Malden, Steve McNair, if you take a look at 'wiki" and look at deaths in 2009... the list is very long.

Let this list remind us, we may give great things into and unto life, and much of what we give, surely it is a hope, it will last long beyond the time we depart.

Many notables, who achieved high levels of public awareness of their personal self, as well as their talents expressions. Always we say, they are gone much too soon. Yet, we know not truly what too soon is, we know we would love for them to remain longer.

But, who knows, at what hour, and what moment, our works have become done. Who knows at what moment, our bodies will become simply lifeless shells, of what we once may have been. In the realness and spiritual selves, we are simply living, each, with flowing blood and a heart beating, engaging a spiritual self, with its own rhythm. Making thoughts come and go, as if a massive fireworks show, presented our brilliance as individuals..

Should we at this day and this time- ponder what it means to share love? should it dawn on us, that our own vanity may deny us the grandest opportunity, simply to share in relation and share within the exchanges of loving.?

Should we too, learn there is no trouble free relating, and there is no hassle free living, and nothing comes without challenges to push us to try harder, to learn to live more freely, and endure the pains of life's trials and tribulations, and still hold steadfast to simply be loving. Are we able to face that task, for what we claim we so eagerly want of love. Or does our self delusion make us think, we are to have some trouble free lives, and some love without challenges unto self, are we to be fools unto ourselves, to think, that the pains of love, are not too a part of what is love.
We may dream fantasies, and within the dream omit to acknowledge the challenges, but focus only on the highlights of joy, and blindly assume we can have it without the full package of its tribulations.
Should we not be lost assuming, we can steal it, and avoid the work it takes to make it beautiful, shall we cease seeking hoard moments, as if we can capture them in time, and freeze them into our illusion, for continual repetition. At what point do we become wise simply of what is Love ?
What shall it take for us to understand, love is: the flow and interchange between people, who interact with elements of the good , the bad, and the indifferent, that gives our loves, a distinctiveness within its relations.

No money amassed, nor achievement which meet with fame, and no world knowledge of our name, will give us any guarantee of longevity. What we have, is TODAY.. simply to love, be loving, and learn to accept love and accept loving. Far and beyond what our expectations try to capture, corral and contain.

We shall in life, tame nothing but ourselves, yet we go in vain pursuit to tame others, while we ourselves, run wild within our minds, with obsessions, and expectations, resulting in our days, passing, while we are unaware of how to simply appreciate our ability to explore, expresses and experience, one unto another and with one another.

Its all within a short time frame.. yet, its your life.

Your money, your status, your position in life, will not give you any more in the reality of living, oursue it as your desire, yet know, it provides simply means to engage the opportunities to engage life - and to do so, means to engage people, and bring forth your contributions.
No information pursued, nor knowledge gained, will serve any purpose if it does not connect with engaging life, and interacting for the good of and with people.

What of Vanity- must we learn ?... that, enables us, so we may learn to simply live with regard for one another.

You may, as you choose, if you will, reach for the Stars, and behold the beauty of the living world, touch the earth, and share with the living, all that is learned of beauty... and you will ... give gifts unto life, that will live long past your mortal days.

A short time frame.. yet, it's your life.
