If this nations, its Senators and other politicians, do not grasp the fact, that if it does not move to lower Interest Rates on homes, and allow people to keep a higher % of the already diminished wage they earn, while enabling them to pay their mortgage, and still have some nature of functioning life.
We will only see more and more foreclosures if we allow banking to continue to control our nation- and banking making havoc with lending- which cripples our nation until it is fully handicapped with excessie longe term damage.

We must be aware how this mentality of banking and the financial industry, has caused and contributed to massive unemployment, and business failure - and functioned as if to be "economic treasonist acts", their singlehanded activity has brought the collapse of the economic condition of a nation, and caused, the loss of gained it took a nation 500 years to attain.
their actions have made bankrupt a nation of many senior citizen's who saved for a lifetime, to provide for themselves, their actions have left homeless countless thousands, and be a major party to the collapse of major industries, all across this nation. Their acts and actions, have insulted the nation, in the eyes of foreign partners, Yet.. we as American people, via our apathy, fail to lay the truth of blame where it originated, We fail to address it with understanding, yet, it has left a nation in a state of fast eroding conditions, while watching the demise of its people. While we sit and watch men, pay themselves 100's of millions of dollars, for the function of failure and collapse not just of an industry but of the nations stature.

We are being Lead by Bankers, who will destroy the nation to fatten their pockets and give themselves bonus. Our President and his cabinet, should move SWIFTLY to roll back interest rates, on every home bought since 2002, to 4.5% interest rates, and any homes bought from this date fwd, cannot exceed 6% interest rates.
Homes are the foundation of this nation. To allow the banks to wreak havoc, when the government has already taken over their debt and followed up to fatten their coffers, and yet they wreak havoc. We the silent people, and voiceless citizens, sit back and say nothing, do nothing, and many think nothing of concern that would drive them to have a passionate voice. Sit in apathy- unaware the lack of effort to make a massive campaign across this city, this state, this nation. To take our lives back from the control of bankers.

Its insidious. and it is time the administration put a stop to it. We the public assume the debt when banks maliciously squander its resource, act now to create stability for people, and contain banks. We have sat passively, and watched, bankers, take the homes of individual, when everything in our economy is in downturn, we have watched banks make families homeless, all trying to extract a rate, on homes that have lost their value, solely by the actions engaged by banks. Bankers and their paper games, sold out the value of the nations homeowners, they destroyed the stability of home ownership, with collusive paper shuffles, and predatory efforts to subjugate the people, for the plain and simple extortion of unfounded rate of interest.

Our most precious commodity, which is the land and homes of the American People- have become under direct attack and assault- acts of seizure, driven by an faltered economy, made to falter by the actions engaged by banks. Resulting in unemployed Americans, and working Americans, who have seen their earning diminish. all indicators, point to banking. All facts have come to surface and lead back to the actions of banks.

We the people, bailed out the banks, yet they stand in arrogant vile demeanor-

seeking to continue to extract rates from properties, which have lost value, and the value loss is attributed to the actions of banks.



Maybe this 4th of July.. may need to be a time of revolution- to take back the American Landscape from the hands of bankers, to free Americans from the inflated indenture banks have made of the American citizen.

Why do we have less drive and less motivation, to claim our independence from the usury banks have engaged. Why do we sit silent while a nation of homes sit un-occupied, because banks won't make the modification to reduce the interest rate, even while using our taxpayer money to prop themselves up, and continue to wreak havoc on the nation. Banks withholding the resources supported with tax money, to lend back to Americans for the sake of business, Banks, who have created more collusion with standards, which are un-attainable in a nation which has suffered full circle credit default.
We have Senators, who can't think their way out of a paper bag, but they can conjure anything to try and support the banking industry's continual hold and control over a nations growth, We have one after the other Senators, who cannot and do not think in real logic terms, their aim, and actions are simply to push for banks to continue to put a strangle hold on a nation. Yet, it is the people of this nation, who's money supports banks existence, it is the people of this nation, who's vote put these Senators in office. And they in-turn, result to simply find ways to keep American citizens indentured and impoverished

Senator's Failure

• No Senator called for a direct and unequivocal roll back of rates on homes bought since 2002, yet all Senators, know the span of time from 2003 to present was the time of predatory habits by Banks, and Fake paper shuffles by Wall Street.

• No Senator has even acknowledged the need to change housing tax assessor guidelines, to put in place a policy where homes cannot exceed 10-15% of the tax assessor valuation. If the appraised value rise, then so does the tax assessors valuation.

Each Homeowner, will realize more cash flow, even with diminished wage earning, they will be able to make their mortgage payments, as well as maintain their other life issue.

• This will give homeowners money to buy insurance for their family.
• They are able to purchase the automobiles which keep our people working.
• They will be able to shop at their local businesses to keep commerce flowing.

This is the viable way to fix multiple things with a single actions.

1. Banks have squandered the money given to them, and nothing has improved, only continued to decline.
2. Money in the hands of people with interest roll backs put the control of cash infusion in the hands of people, and people make the economy robust.

Hundreds upon Hundreds of dollars in the hands of American people in American cities, means American commerce is able to function.

We don't need another tax rebate check, which is like a band-aid fix, we need interest rate roll back, which is a long term repair.

We gain, stability in our real estate markets, and value is added by the stability of the home valuation. Our homes are then poised to earn equity, which improves the value of communities across this nation.

We cannot fix the economy by the malice of giving money to the same people who crashed the economy, and assume they would do anything different. For 6 months of this year, we have seen noting but banks, holding the funds which progress American, and pay themselves another bonus after bonus. And we as people sit silent and assume while the nation falls further into despair.

Foreclosure should be banned. and banks made, to restructure any and all loans when such a challenge of mortgage payments meets distress.
What good can a nation of homeless people serve, when we have a nation of homes sitting empty. All for the benefit of bankers, as they use the defaults as a tax deduction, and resort to pay themselves more and give themselves a bonus for increased failure.

Senator's Failure {Part II}

America could have been on its feet and prospering, if we had Senators, who looked out for the best interest of the American people and not the best interest of American Bankers.

• We elect these people, and their brain goes on vacation, the minute they are confirmed to office. Thinking becomes a lost art.
• They devise collusion, playing "I'm smart games" - all the while they fail to see the simplicity within choices.
• Common logic would state, if foreclosure is the culprit to our current problems, then stop foreclosure, and roll back interest rates, and do so with a firm and fixed interest rate. 4.5% and make it roll back, to this levels as fixed loans, which date back to any homes bought after 2002 up to 2008. Mandate Fixed rate at 4.5% for the next 3 years, to make homeownership a functional activity people can engage. and Let's get these homes occupied. After 3 yrs.. No interest Rate can exceed 6% for the next 10-20 years. This gives our country time to heal, our property times to become stable, and a pathway for equity to be earned.
• This stabilizes this nations most valuable asset. "The American Home"..
• Never again, allow games to be played with the homes of American citizens.

We have enough other commodities, to be traded on the open markets, and we have enough other business models to engage for our pursuits of high risk gains. But we cannot afford the homes of American people to be played with by a series of Banks and Wall Street.

ACTION: Give banks 60 days- absolutely not a day more.. to convert all their home property notes to 4.5% loans, for 30-40-50 years fixed terms.
Make Foreclosure Illegal to engage without first being processed through a organization, which is managed by the Senatorial committee, and without HUD approval, no foreclosure can proceed. This forces the pursuit of modifying terms, and working with the home owner to preserve the home and the integrity of home ownership.

No Banking Lobbist for any matter or concern, will be allowed to confer with any Senators as one on one discussion. Any and all Lobbyist must take their issue or interest to a Senate Panel- that can have no Less than 26 Senators present. This provides for 1 senator from 1/2 of the 50 states. which would work as a Democratic process, where 51% would be a Majority.

Make it a stiff Penalty for any Senator to engage in any discuss with any lobbyist, outside of this committe.

ANY AND ALL pursuit desired by any lobbyist: Must be Posted on the Internet - with a full copy and exacting terms of what they seek, and any impact they perceive it will have upon the public.

[This will convert our system back to a democracy, where the people's voice cannot be bought away by the lobbyist dollars, nor can the lobbyist continue to turn our democracy into a plutocracy. - this allows us to restore Democracy back unto our nation. and remove the corporate Monarchy from usurping the voice and will of the people of a Democratic system.]


American people MUST become again an astute Nation, we have to re-learn to have voice, to remove the tyrannical process that corporations and banks have engaged, whom have run our nation as a plutocratic system, taking away and being controlled by corporations and banks, who function like a monarchy - to support their brand of plutocracy.

Are we so greed filled, that we would wreak glutton's havoc, to avoid our fellow American the equilibrium within opportunity

We must Learn to undo this Plutocracy- controlled by an illusion of Monarchy

And

Become a Democracy, which Regards and Engages all people as being with equaity in opportunity.

and

Re-learn the needs of industry, and commerce - is to be of first interest, to produce and serve the people of a nation.

Not to be a system which subject many into despair, simply to enrich a few.

Where are the voices - Where is the stand

We see our world crumbling right in the midst or our existence. Yet, we care more about sports, and other fanfare, at the expense of a nation, which can't even support "sports programs in some of its schools", yet we make it such a main element of focus in our daily engagements of media communications.

We see continually, much communication about who shot whom in the neighborhoods, but the political matters, which impact our lives, we selectively ignore. We take far too much care of consumption for entertainment, and far too little with concerned interest about the over-all condition and the declining nature of the systems of communities and state. and watch as our nation simply declines, as if its built on a sand dune.

Many who work today, do not know if they will work next week, we have the dire situations of jobs being lost, then we have a push for a society to claim and hold a degree, simply to get a common sense job, as if we are unaware of the true model we live within. This is a “common sense word”. Even machine operators, where one simply push a button to make a machine start and stop- and we claim it requires a certificate of elitism to do so. In our efforts to be elite, we create more complexity of delusion, and claim ourselves smart for doing so.

Other nations, train people to make circuit boards, and many things for today's commodity of products, yet, we have no plants and no operations, which has this level of tec-pertise blending into the common workforce, we have become a nation, that has no belief in its own people. And status delusion beat down the workforce into complacency, through the acts of disregard, and exaggerated displays of authoritarian arrogance. We look down upon the labor performer, who gets their hands dirty, or provide a service- and turn and worship the image of a necktie, and will not acknowledge, the cycles of ineffective decision they make, which destroys the avenues of labor, which many hands can be made busy to engage.

America has a 60-70 %+ population whom are not degree holder, but have gained work experience, and work related knowledge, gained over many years. We have 30% of those who have some college but no degree, but they have... many years of learned knowledge.

Yet, we have become so elite minded in the imagery of self delusions, until we un-employ our own people, for the sake of a degree, to do a common sense jobs, or a hands on jobs. As corporate greed, and delusional status, has become the frame work of a nations own demise. yet, the insidious nature of it is simple: No matter what the choice of job in the 'generalized employment sector", it has to train people, because no two jobs function with the same procedure, and much of the educations taught to those with degrees, is either out dated, or rooted in a era before. Sadly, we have seen all those models engage failure, and other sorts of demise. We ignore even the doctors and lawyers, have to be trained, as they are placed in periods of "internship" to develop their skill level, when they get their claim of degree. Yet, we try and ignore the premise of training within the common sense job sectors, when the basic function of engaging labor, is always, to hire and to train.

Should this not tell us something, should it not awaken us, to stop pursuing the drive to be a society, as if we label degree, as if it’s some level of royalty, and realize what matter are people- what makes a difference is the works that people do. By all means appreciate a certificate which denotes one has taken a series of classes, but let us not lull ourselves further into delusion, that a degree is some sign of genius. Because it is not. It only denotes a structure of classes has been completed, and a teaching of systematic thinking and systematic process has been indulged.

Let us be with reality in understanding. Our society did not implode by the acts beyond the ranks of those who claimed degree, They made decisions based on "professor models", and ignored common sense, and what we have is a series of collapse, which has not failed to touch every area of industry.

A basic premise which will not fail is the simplicity of common sense.. "Which states' Produce a quality product, and give superior service" and profit can be derived. We don't need the collusion, of people conjuring up collusive models, trying to befuddle others, and claim a feather of prominence, followed by a script of 'politically correct jargon', as if it is to make them a stand out, at the expense of a downfall of a nation.

We as a nation bought our own delusion, of being superior to the world, and trying to cast ourselves a system of faux royalty, which we structure it under the banners of "degree". We have even in that system, collusion. Where a degree does not support the premise it claims. A bachelors degree from Yale, trumps a Master's degree from a non big money school, we have situation where the mention of an "big money school" carries an assumption of excellence, when a person may have attained a PhD from say for instance Wiley, Southern University, or Texas A&M, but , it does not stand a chance against a Bachelors degree from Harvard. Yet, we hinge our delusion on the label of a degree, and then we make them unequal in their premise. And the result is the same.. We try to function as a Monarchy, by such collusive illusion of status, as if a degree denotes an illusion of Royalty. What results is , we simply diminished our own peoples, creativity, we discredit the work done by the many hands of the many people of a nation, and we sit back and hail these unbalanced degree, as the true royalty that we invest in the delusion to assume them to be.

We became a nations of foolish people- paying CEO's 10's of millions, and pay the people who work a below poverty wage- and yet the people work, but the CEO's have presided over cyclic failure, time and time and time again. Until we have become a nation, of unemployed people, whom have had the value of their home sold away, and banks making indentured servants, and treating them like a share cropper, with a process designed to seize their home.

We have become a nation that claims wisdom, but we thrive only within creating wickedness. and watch a parade of gluttons, rip and rob a nation into demise.

Bankers who stole and sold away the nations accumulation of wealth over a span of 500 years, and we have not the dignity of actions, to dismiss these bankers, and follow the enforcement of stern regulator controls.

We allow them to rob us blind, as they know, the ultimate responsibility will revert back to the American tax payer, We should have learned that lesson with Lincoln Saving and the collapse of Saving and Loan's, but we sit in worship mode of these gluttons, who are hired help, which turns into robber barons. and we as a people sit back and say nothing.

Some gloat on the fact they have a job, and look down on the jobless, until they are forced into the ranks, we have a society of people, who can see nor understand anything, as long as they have 10% disposable income, until they find themselves thrust into a situation where they have a 30% deficit in their earning ability.

WE followed the delusion pushed after World War II - thinking ourselves invincible, and every man a king, and ignored the fact, a nation has not power, nor strength when it idles its own people, and diminish its ability to produce even the things it consumes.

We have become a simple dispensing point system for foreign made products, and we remain unaware- We have a mass of a nation of good working people, who care to engage their hands and minds with work, yet, unable to find employment, as the same claim of Degreed people, sold a nations labors, and carted off its industry, and left to corrode in despair, city after city after city. And we blind ourselves, by moving to a suburb, and assuming that all is fine, but what is reality showing? a mass of suburbia unemployed, and communities, unable to maintain its basic city services, because we sold away the industry and commerce, which was the life blood, that flowed to keep it alive. America became a victim of its own illusion of success. And lost on imagery, until it tossed out the substance, and settled for the mirage. Chasing as if to grasp a rainbow, only to find it fade away with the shift of sunlight. Now, what have we produced, other than a nation of prescription junkies, made into dope heads by the pharmaceuticals, who tell us, we need a pill for everything. When we simply need a nation, which functions with available employment, and less status chases.

We've now allow banks to become the controlling factor in our nation, and it now, is making the world of American people, the land of homeless people, yet, it has a nation of homes sitting empty, because the banks can't extort from the people, rates which has broken the back of a nation.

I've written more post on other blogs regarding the simplicity of simply dropping interest rates, roll back rates on loans acquired since 2002, and cap new rates at 6% for 36 months. Housing is the mainstay of the country, why do we allow banks to wreak havoc on the foundations of our living. Lowering the rates and modifying the loans, would put countless Billions of dollars in the hands of the people of this nation, whom in turn fuel the economy, engage to create enterprise. Instead we continue to rely on bankers, as they have a structured process, to rob a nation’s people.

The unfortunate elements is: These are people who are the children of American citizens, who make these decision, they are the same people who relied on their parents to send them to school, and they turn into the same people who make bad laws, and self gloating provisions and rip and rob the same community and parents whom raised them, and result to cause unto their own parents, the circle of bankruptcy and other socio-economic collapse. It is the same children of American parents, who have made a mockery and a thief’s haven of the medical community. With a mentality, of "get rich at the expense of anyone and anything".. And claim ones self king and better than the nation of common citizens.

We have the same children of American parents, who cast and thrust their own parents into poverty, with diminished social security and collusive means to rob them further thru co payments and other grab a penny models, taught to them by professors who themselves are fools, to tech such treachery and covert means of improvising the parents of the very same students they claim to teach.

It is not aliens from another planet who make bad corporate policy, nor bad business decision.. This is done by the children of American citizens. Who sent them to school to learn to make a better world, and they result to simply crash and rob the world they live within, all for the sake of a glutton’s grab, and a fake claim of opulence. While the rest of the nation languish into an eroded system. an parents who are the mid age and senior citizens of this nation, sit silent.. Unaware their own kids are the decision makers, who have destroyed the economy and conditions of a nation. They are the same ones who have lost the dignity of regard for humanity. They are the same ones, who build up systems that handicap the elderly, unaware that some day, these same demise they create, they will become subjected unto.

It’s quite a sad situation, we have allowed things with both fuel, banking and home interest rates to become a "honeycomb for the wealthy", and we are made into simple worker bee's. And its done.. By American citizens, who orchestrate to create the demise of a nation, for the glory of self-centered vanity.

( Thoughts which extend beyond a whim, it may not be what the short thinkers will indulge, but it is certainly food for thought fo those who consider our conditions)

(written to inspire and hopefully evoke thoughts about the many elements of our nations conditions)

The people within any state within the U.S. may serve themselves better if they (we) learn what is the mindset of the Governors & Senators they (we) choose.

People cannot function any more on auto-pilot voting based on name recognition, or simply following the money choice. It is important that Americans learn to be more astute in political matters, and learn to be more aware of political choices.
This apathy and passive non informed mentality that seem to be pervasive among the masses, has continually led State after State to result with Governors, who have not a clue what the reality of life is for the citizens with the State.

We saw hopefully last years, how uninformed the general population is, when it comes to political awareness. The illusion of America as being with citizens that are so smart, is showing the fallacy of such assumption. We rank what 25th in education, and imagine, there are many in areas where that number would probably reflect a 40th position. and this has little to do with ethnicity, because we have many many rural areas, that are mired in 1960 mentality, we have massive segments that have no awareness of a computer, and computers have been around since 1984 in every expanding usage.
We don't produce anything in the mass capacity of which we consume, all televisions, and other electrical components are produced in foreign lands, as well as many other things. We have gone from an industrial leader, to being a consumer of industrial production from foreign lands.

We have gone from a society of political interested people, to mob followers who are unaware of legislations. and we are simply driven by media image and status concept, and worship of wealthy people. The Madoff and Stanford schemes could not have happened if we had a mass of astute people. CDO would not have taken over if we had an astute congress, and we'd not be waging a senseless war, if we had people who wee politically aware and world understanding in the politics of the world on the global segments. We would have had politicians in place who would have know, the war was not in the best interest of this nation, nor the world. We spent billions upon billions chasing a 15 cent criminal, and to date, have not found it nor destroyed his network.

Now how does that relate to Governors.. it does so in the sense, we make blind choices. we make un-informed choices, and we go for image and name saturation. We make the same blind choices when we elect our Senators, both in State and U.S. Senators.

We allow them to conjure up issues, and push agenda for lobbyist who pay the most, we sit back and accept our choices to be bought away by any lobbyist position that raise enough money to put these people in their pocket and play them with a bag of jelly beans. We have politician who began campaigning for a second term, 10 minutes after they take oath. And their position is spent trying to get re-elected, than to take care of the issues they were elected to engage. We have politicians making decision without consulting the public who put them there. and we accept them being dictators of their agenda, which ursurps the concerns of the people, and negates the agenda of the people. They vote on matters, with a buddy system of "do me a favor and I'll vote to do you a favor on what your lobbyist ask for next time. the end result is the people, become a non factor.

American lost its own sense of self, we even removed "Civic's classes from 4th grade students, we have no high school level political science, and we spend the first two years of college teaching and taking crap classes, just to build up credits, and our upper level of college education is outdated, teaching old models that have proven failure track records, which is evident in the spike and crash this nations economy has engaged for the past 50 or more years. We teach mobster mentality to MBA, of grab the money, at any expense, and count on the masses to be dumb and accept lower quality and lower service in both products and services provided. We taught ignorance to the degree, for, 45 years the stupidity of selling off industry, ignoring the fact any nation that is strong must have its people performing and being employed.

Education is lagging,




Since the mid 1980's the computer had been dominant, and here we are yet, to have computer assisted classrooms, We still write on a chalk board, what could be done interactively on a digital display, where all students can engage, from their desktop. the multitude of modification to how education is performed, is still functions as if we are in the 1800's - We waste money on Text books, when this data can be managed digitally, and even study can be tracked by the digital recording of how pages are accessed and when its accessed by students.

Yet, we have wasted 6 or more years fighting a war, that should have been fought by the people of the region to stabilize their region.

Yet we fight against a whole region who continues to fund, the fighting factions, while claiming to be our friend, but they don't put one of their people on the ground to fight terrorism, but they fund many factions to insure terrorism continues}... Result... the decline of America, The failure of America to Invest in its own youth and its own progress.. and the mission the terrorist pursued.. is exactly what they achieved..."that was and is to see American brought to its Economic Knees. and they spend 8 years, accomplishing it, with the blind participation of the Leader of this Nation, playing into the scheme, with closed eyes and over limited awareness, he was buy the demise of this nation and its economy, its infrastructure and its standards of life - Result: We fell like a giant rock, and the exposure of criminals at the helm of corporations, and the lack of awareness of our politicians in the high levels of governanc. We fell so low, we can't even maintain to provide on city levels the parks and recreation for our youth in full maintenance.. yet we remain blind and silent.
{ so is the process of how Rome Fell, and to date, it has not risen to be even a fraction of what it once was}.. We are not exempt from that fate, nor do we have a certification that tells us we are exempt.

America was so intent on the poor and minorities not rising above the poverty level, it refused to pay a living wage, but wanted to push an image of the highest standards of life. The result is we have a nation with an expanding ghetto, and it encompasses all ethnicities. This country developed a elitist mentality, assuming everyone would be a college grad and sit behind a desk, but it ignored the fact, that no tribe can function with a nations of chief, it needs function people, and people who actually do the work which requires hands on performance. Soon as Civil Right gave the ability of women, minorities and the poor to earn a decent wage, they busted union and started shipping jobs out of this country. with a false claim of we can't compete if we pay people a functional wage. Yet, every nation was eager for america products even with the historical fact it was more costly, they bought it because it represented quality. so paying a living wage to people still worked, until the greed masters, insured that the masses would not have a structure in place that paid women and minorities, to the level it paid when women and minorities were denied those functional pay jobs. And the mission became, ship the jobs away, and do it quick, before we will ever consider to pay women and minorities the functional wage.

The delusion of the wealthy, became so elitist, it thought it could survive by managing other countries production and managing other countries financial matter and investments, and the result is, it simply lost out. because other nation quickly learned after they were burned time and time again, to manage their own industry and to create their own financial management models.. and the result is, we became a nation of borrowers, living off the debt we could acquire in borrowing from other nations.

The slave and slaver mentality killed the economy of this nation, in its ever expanding search for slave wage labor from around the globe. It exported the labor to those places, since it could not import slaves to these shores.. and now those nation, have gathered their pennies, and now control the flow of dollars.
and we have politicians dumber than ever, which we say, when they all declared- "they don't know what happen", and "they did not see it coming". How blind can they be when the cycle has shown itself in clear view for well over 30 years

Rewarding Criminal Function

We rewarded bankers for the greatest theft a nation has known, We can't think in solid terms. to drop fix and freeze the mortgage rates, instead we gave the thieves even more money to pay themselves for more failure.
When "drop, fix and freeze", would have put money in the pockets of people, who in-turn stimulate the economy with purchasing power. It would have taken a falling real estate and stabilized it, and put a stop to foreclosure's massive default rate.

This is the result of people being trained in institution where they want to be smarter than common sense dictates, and collude things seeking name recognition and payola, at every turn, and afraid to upset the flow on paymasters who buy them with a song and dance.

We simply are witnessing the fall of an empire, by the ignorance of many level of apathy and unconstrained ignorance, and the failure to learn. Hoping a delusion of grandeur will suffice. But negligent of the world awareness of what a nation has squandered with it pursuit of opulence in the homes of the wealthy, and turning the population into a peasant nation, of peons working like mad, for slave wages, and still producing nothing, yet consuming foreign products, with the earning from a system of sale clerk positions, as if we are nothing more than a giant department store selling foreign products.

Our beacon which denotes this, is.. "Wal Mart"... it leads the nation, but, It tells us symbolically, what we have become. It's claimed as the Nations NUMBER ONE EMPLOYER... and that means we have become a nation who's main occupation is to sell foreign made products and employ our nations people, as simple low wage, no benefit sales clerk forces. and yet we remain unaware, of what is overtly visible.
We deny what we see, and we deny what has caused the conditions we are thrust within. And still we are not yet, aware, if we don't act now, create business, and demand our system support us in doing so, then we simply fall further in demise. Watching our tax money, be pumped into a failed war and every cause it can imagine, except funding and establishing a support and assist foundation, to get business in this nations created and functioning.

Our cities are on a cycle of shut down process, unaware that unless we create business and that business feeds a tax base, which in turn funds the city and the services which make us a city. then we simply erode into more and more of what we once called a third world condition.
Which is high unemployment, low wages, non productivity, and a ever declining standard of living. while we watch these Senators and Governors engage a cycle of being cut masters, rather than optimistic innovators, who lead a way back to prosperity, they simply show us, the cycle of defeatist mentally, and how they can diminish and dumb down, the system into no growth, no promotion for growth, and they push and preach despair.. with no mentality to understand how to promote and repair.

Continually We See Poorly Chosen Governors handicap our Mayors, and set process in place to negate the ability of Mayors to run cities, and leave them with no state support to engage ideas, and build from within.

As a result - we watch daily the fall of a nation, the decline of its industry, and closure of its business, as the mass of unemployed continues to rise. YET... we still consume, but we fail to produce what we consume. and that is the cycle of defeat of this nations.

Every city, should have a Governor who could lead, and Senators who know how to push the agenda for and of leadership. If they were aware of what's important, beyond themselves and their self image, They would have massive funds allocated for internal state commerce building, We should have programs in place that build back no less than 1-2-3 thousand business within a metro our size, within the next year. But we have Economic Development failure, with scripted processes which does not address the immediate needs, and has too much process colusion to be functionall efficient in inspiring and supporting new business creations. We have a stagnated SBA, which has no power to impact banks to make funding flow, and we have many other systems in our cities, that does not engage to know the value of building business owners.

Until we develop A Robust Process, which has a self chosen Mandate for Business Growth - then we will simply erode, see other city services fall, see our neighborhoods continue to decline and only have a base of workers who earn below poverty levels, and the decay of the city falls.. showing again and again, the demise of a nation, which once claimed itself the leader and high living standards of the world.

The result is we have a nation and a city, with Wal Marts as the only daily full parking lots, dispensing cheap Chinese and other Foreign made producst.. and people claiming they got a deal, because they saved a nickle, but it cost this nation the production capacity and production function of producing its own products and dispensing them via its own creation of American Small Business Owners.

Yet.. we remain blind to what is in plain view, and unware of even the impact it has, while familes see there is limited means to provide even food on their tables, or stay in their homes. and we remain silent.. supporting our own demise with our silence.

America is a nation hooked on automobiles, yet, we can't keep our own factories performing, We can't figure out how to freeze and fix home mortgage rates, to stabilize our own property value in a nation.

Property should not be allowed to increase beyond 10-15% of its tax assesor's base- when it exceeds 10% of tax assesment, then tax assesment should be increased. This is a means to force home stability, but preserve it as a valuable asset, with a direct link to the healthy of the city which it exist. Homestead exemptions, will reflect accordingly to insure affordability of taxes, but it would impose penalty of such change on the house flippers, because they will not get the exemption % decrease on tax assesment, as is provided to homestead exemption guidelines.

This means if the value increase, so will the tax it yields to maintain continuity with the claimed up scale pricing of the home, which matches the ability to service the commuity with increased revenue to do so.

[ This will have little impact on those who plan to stay in their homes for a period of time, this change can write into its clauses, but it will certainly not benefit the transient home owner.. and the result is we gain neighborhood stability. If one has to move for the sake of job, then there can be exclusions which protect the homestead clauses, but they must buy in the area they are moving to and carry forth the homestead standards, which re-enforces they must be there for a prescribed amount of time. And this can only be used once in a set period of years, as an exclusion. ]

We have to be a smarter nation, with more means to protect the stability of community, city and the function of our systems. And unless we become aware to learn to govern, and to know the value of governance, and protect it with enforcements of governance, then we will be yo yo'd by those who cycle into office, playing king of the hill games, with the lives of American people.
