I'm not alone in seeing many needs for improvements.. there are things all places can learn from all places... there are things that function in some places where I see roadblocks to those things is some places..
If we can grasp something from a region then do so.. if they can grasp something from our region then do so.. that is my point in complaints..

all about the world various places are at different level in our manner of living life... and some places have faced some challenges that other's have not faced.. some are yet to face.. but if we can grasp something from places that have faced things.. then let's do so.. there are places around the world with 1000's of years of civil process.. and we are a country with 500... and only 143 years ago we were still living like barbic people with slavers.. and only 43 years.. did we even reach a point to set our amendments to the constitution becase people ignored the amendments made 100 years earlier.. and then 20 years after that it had to be additional amendments.. so .. it's not likely that we are at some point of being fully without remnants that make our sector .. with many challenges in the mental disposition of people as well as the social nature of what will over future times become to show it's progressive attainments. We still have many many pockets that feel they have selective entitlements.. which are many times exercised in attitude , disposition and actions.. as well as influence their interpretations of things..
so it's probably very likely that we have some work to do.. and much of it..

when I mention CA.. we know that there were advances in people unity that were developed in the 40's-and 50's there, that are yet to reach what they attained over 40+ years .. back then.. and they still have much work to do.. even considering what they previously attained.
We all know there are many advancements on the West Coast.. and we also know this region for many reason have difficulty keeping it's youth and re-attracting them after they are educated.. that's not my doing.. but I do as well as many other people on and off this forum recognize such..

LA has some screwed up elements in it that make some of the screw up here look like child's play... and that's a true given fact.. and ignorance is every place.. but ignorance can be rectified.. with communication.. but stupidity is when things have gone beyond the point to want to be rectified..Now you can't tell me that there are not pockets of stupidity in this city and region that keeps it behind. on all sides and among all races. in attitude, actions disposition and interpretations.. we are in one point talking about school and the stupidity that has in many ways played a part in why the education is so bad.. we are now with a government system that can encompass the city beyond the Casino's and Youree drive... and may well lead us to have a city that has multiple area prosperity.. not move it from one place to the next.. Yes..there are things that are bad in some foreign countries and there are things that are exceptionally well progressed... we know that in how they kick our butt in industry and marketing.. as a result we have a nation that is with so many broken down towns .. we are stretched to the limit.. the saving rate of many nations is exceeding our's to the point that our credit now is financed by the fact of their savings.

here.. we know what dissension has brought and that's decay and dilapidation to many of the city areas that once were business and commercial regions... but we don't push harder for integrated shopping in all areas.. and there is the mindset in this city that people in one section will not.. go to other sections.. for a host of reasons, but the reason I point to is there's nothing to go there for... the shopping is not there, the specialty shops are not there and thus the areas become as.. unincorporated areas.. that remain..none entities in city unity and progress. I don't have an answer for the fix.. but I have ideas and thoughts... there are many on here that talk about.. the black element and how it's destroying the city.. but they are still here.. and likewise so I see things that could be better and I'm still here...

when I first come on this site.. most of what I saw was .. ethnic slurs about any subject that was posted.. some of those talk about more now that they use to talk about.. I don't know why, they expanded their concepts but it's good to see that many have .. and they actually say something more than just two line frustrations.. and blaming it purely on race..

as to the case at hand... I never said they were right or wrong in what the DA chose to do.. I said and if you read in the posting.. that the law has many many considerations .. that we don't always know and they don't always print.. and all of us began to surmise and express our viewpoints.. and then it went into a moral issue and I continued to say.. and I'lll say again .. what people's morals are does not dictate the law...

there are as we see public opinion based on people's morals try to influence and some even try to conduct the trial int he media; by their expounding on morals and then get pissed off when the ruling comes down and it does not reflect their morals..

Everybody here was raised in different homes and morality is infused with so much folklore.. that's why the law does not rely on what people think.. and how they morally feel about stuff. its about facts.. principals and how they two interlink and over lap.. and they really could care less what people feel morally.. except .. it just may get a person kicked off of a jury selection list.

now if people want to feel thir stong held feeling about stuff can control and regulate society then they are welcome to do so.. but it does not hold up when they go past the point that the laws take over.. and even when the laws take over.. then and only then does it become a matter of situation, circumstance and conditions and outcome, based on intent motivation and even mental state.. those are not my policies that is how it is.. and why there are attorney's that see things very different..

Let's go back in time.. when morality and what people thought did make the laws on the bench and jury pools.. that was during the pre segergation era and most of those incarcerations and hanging and killings.. were proven to be done with a biased jury and by the wrong turn of the laws not upholding the laws.. fortunately we don't live in that time now .. and people don't have the entitlement of expectation that they can interject their morals and their belief system and influence the law to their satisfaction.. and that is a lot of what seems to be the under current of drive here and frustrations of some.. there was a time in this country nations and state and city.. that public opinion would have hung this guy a week ago...and everyone would be smiling becase their morals controlled stuff.. but now they find digesting the process of law.. very difficult to swallow... to the point they'd like the fire the DA..

none were calling form the removal of the DA when the teacher had his thing with the girl.. nor did they want to go beyond the decision of the law.. but some don't even see the element of that nor do they ask themselves why?? regardless of what people think.. we may not like the act nor condone the habits.. but..

it's such a element of .. things.. as I posted in one post that Fredrick Douglas said.. " and we may ponder it and see how and if it plays on people's mind..

the world of contridictions... it's life

society has always prosecuted the seller and not the buyer of sex.. and it was not based on age or the employment position of the buyer.. it was based on the seller.. selling sex and not paying tax. as it is a trade they have not figured out how to tax.

Vegas has figured out how to tax it.. so it's allowable. !!! now that's not to complex to see .. if it's taxable and people enjoy it.. then it's ok.. if people enjoy it and it's not yet taxable then it's not ok.. didn't we learn that about alcohol 101 in America..


drugs are legal thru the taxable system of the prescription medication program.. and they have more legal addicts who are prescribed drugs.. thru the system and the doctors are paid their perks by the volume of these drugs that are dispensed..


there are places that don't bother to consider to tax sex.. it provides more income by being a conduit for tourism and the attraction of tourism.. most of these places function with the title of " resort"..


we are so blind.. to the fact this life of social community.. is rooted around an economic system.. as much as it's rooted around people in close proximity.. money, sex and power.. they cannot be extracted and the community continue to exist.. it's either sternly regulated of free flow to a degree.. but it still has the MSP program firmly in place.

morality is a flexible thing.. and it's such across this nation...

you can go into a bar and get sloppy drunk.. but the religious philosophy is that .. a man should not succumb to the intoxicants of drink.. but if his money in long enough .. that liquor that is federally taxed can be dispensed to him at the bartender's discretion and if the bar tender does not sell it to him then the liquor store will... and either way .. the gov. get's it's tax... and thus he can indulge... till he's at his point of fullness.


so we can anguish ourselves with our moral concepts.. but unless you control money.. and have the power to do so... you may run out of ink... writing letters.


but by all means if it makes you feel better.. it's reasonable for you to do so.

"don't take it personal.. I just like to get an outside view on some stuff ... " kinda decreases the frustration about the public decision that are made on some things. we live in a world of many contradictions.. and it will always be so..

what do we really know

I'm not one to aspire to what won't work.. but to look at how to make it work... they said man could not fly at one time.. but lately he shoots to the satellite any time they want to...

it's easy to look at why something won't work.. the point is to look at the benefits of it working..

there is no problem with holding the parents accountable.. becase an unaccountable parent is a burned to society.. and a insult to their kids and also family services has guideline already in place to handle that.. and all it requires is enforcement..

america has been a shop on Saturday society long enough.. and all it's ever produced is a society that is hung up on status and judging people by who can purchase what.. and if we don't change .. that's all we will ever be.. we let the " go to the mall" mentality make fools of all of us.. and now we live in a society of much foolishness .. with a shop a holic mentality, that has half the country in debt.. trying to meet some measure of shopping on Saturday.. and that feeds into the crime wave .. becase people will do any stupid things.. to be able to shop..

We got so much crazy stuff.. even when this silly society talks about sex.. it's actually very crazy.. it says that it's ok for 14 yrs old to bang each other.. but 14 year old sperm makes a baby just like 30 yr old sperm.. but we are a society that will "by way of" .. darn near endorse 14 year old with legal rights to bang each other and lock up a 21 yr old that may have the capability to care for the baby they make.. " nobody wants to talk about the reality of that.. but it's real regardless how un popular and how unflattering that it may come across or even how it rubs some peoples concept of things.. becase if they are going to do something.. they are going to do it and no one is going to stop them.. that's about as stupid as saying they can't teach sex education becase it will promote sex.. NATURE PROMOTES SEX.. and it always will and always has.. but we as people let our taboo driven minds make us not deal with reality.. and then as a result they want to keep their kid in their minds as a infantile concept but these kids continually show the public and their family.. that they are a walking talking and by 14 a sexually real person.. and then they get vilified and ostracized from society as if they are a criminal..and the whole family as a result get's labeled negatively.. We are far less smarter than we think.. and we are very much more a inhibited and no reality facing society trying to uphold something that in every corner of life say's open your mind ... but by all things silly we continue to say .. simply lock up people.. and maybe we may need to learn how to educate people.. we try to run schools the same way they were run 150 years ago and we wonder why the kids can't stand it.. but what the hell else operates as it did even 50 years ago other than social ignorance.. kids don't push plastic cars in the dirt anymore.. they operate remote control cars.. that can go up to and maybe faster than 40mph.. on some models.. they don't yell across the community, they use cell phones.. they don't wait till 15 to learn to type they are on the computer not too long after they can walk and talk.

TV does not have 3 channels it has nearly 500 channels in many places.. and they don't just see local shows they can view things from the other side of the world.. they are now smarter at 12 than people use to be at 20.. and we still want to tell them at 14 or so they should act like they are 6... and their attitude is.. "you can go to hell".. and until you respect them as a human being .. they don't want to hear a darn thing you go to say.. and then people turn around and tag them as unruly... purely ignorging that .. what they are exposed to now.. gives them the same awareness of stuff and things.. as people who were well past 21 did not get until they were 30... 50 years ago..

but we can't see the way the world has changed.. and we want to keep them as if they are some "dress up dolls that can be consider just animated barbie and ken... and then get pissed off becase we can't take the batteries out and sit them on the shelf.. and they become 'mute"..

becase we as people function with an "arrested development syndrome"... and then try and impose it on the kids. you kids know more than you do about technology and how to use it.. they know more than you do about social interaction and most of them know more than you do by the time they are 14 about sex than you knew by the time you were 34.. but people can't accept reality.. they can't accept change.. and always talking about some ""good ole days"" .. that was nothing more than an illusion and a delusional selective memory concept... that denied the actual reality of the times.. and society was so inhibited that a man and woman could not say the word sex in the presence of each other.. and it was like cursing god to mention it in the home.. that's the ignorance we live thru and live within... to this very day!!!!

at 14 every one of you was trying to kiss something, get you hands up some girls dress or dreaming about it, and the girls were many of them trying to figure out which boy was man enough or with enough courage to put his hand up there.... and both of them..nearly to "break your wrist" by 1030pm.. and then get up and act like you were 3 yr old innocent, the next morning.. trying to hide soiled underwear.... but now you can't remember any of that.. and act like some holier than thou parent that really become an ignortant buffoon in the way you can't deal with reality with you kids.. so they look at you and wonder what the hell planet did you grow up on and maybe you were kept in a closet during your youth. becase you are basically a liar.. yea maybe you did learn some of the pitfalls of rash actions.. but the operative word in that is " learned".. and now you act like a closed ear dictator.. but you could not stand a " closed ear dictator" when your parents tried to talk you.. and you've become what you could not stand.. simply becase you learned some thing..

there are no perfect people and never were you one.. regardless how much you try to convince yourself otherwise..

it's a hard pill to swallow and most people can't even get their mouth open to get the pill inside.. so they stay with a mind locked down like a rust vise grip...clamped on a rust pipe..

We got a whole society of many suit wearing people who have more sexual quirks than the average adult video.. and more of anything and everything .. and we try and convince ourselves that it's always an anomolie. when reality comes to surface..

reality is.. your youth will engage other's that are older becase they listen to them.. they make them feel like a person and in reality that is no different than any human being who is a naturally sexual person.. they engage who listens to them.. that's how human nature works..

What did the first reference of Adam and Eve say.. " it said" Adam came to know eve".. which implied that they actually communicated and came to know each other... and if you go to your dictonary.. you will find the world.. "intercourse means to communicate"

that's base principal meaning.. now you add in the zillion slanted morality of people and it becomes then something that people are vilified for .. becase it's a mental taboo in the minds of people...

but reality is we live in a world that is about thinking, feeling and actuality ... and we can close our minds to all we want.. but it does not change that reality... and the real nature of this society and all about the world.. by 14 or so.. nature brings puberty to people.. and when that happens all the pre puberty concepts fade away... and become infused with a different variable of what is life... and there is no law that can arrest that until people are 18 and no law can supress it till people are 18.. and somewhow society tries to control nature which is what it can never do.. and as a result .. our youth become vilified in ways that was not even considered in life 100 years ago.. but some how we got more ignortant with time and thought our pseudo smarts could change that.. and all it's changed is that people vilify the youth.. and make an unreal nature of thoughts in their minds that they can keep their kids prepubescence till they decide that they can let go of such.. and that is now.. even up to the age of 26 .. based on some concept of when they finish college.. and that's about the most tripped out thing imaginable .. and bring more young people to have to lie to their parents longer and longer until there is not trust that has any depth.. they just play the pretense game.. if that what it takes for their parents to at least act like they care about them..

so it's a lot to think about.. but many will still run from the fact that thinking is required..

you may well attack this writing any way that suits you.. but one think you wont' get from doing so... you won't eliminate the reality that thinking is required if living is to be with any progress.
