How much shall we remake the imagery across our physical landscape- without -making adjustments in how we groom our youth and how we treat each other

What will we make of ourselves ?

What's your dream? and where does the desires lead?
How do you- see our growth, and what do you feel you can contribute to our development.

Should we- go from community to community - and create programs for young boys- such as arts, crafts, automotive development and building, Welding and computer technicians, software design programs, Dance and Music production, animal care taker programs, partnership with Police and Fire Departments, Lawyer associate programs, girls and boys unity programs, social -sexual awareness and gender respect programs, writing programs, or any list of professions, which these young boys, can engage with minimal expense to become a part of.
Now if we can get the professions, as well as the industry which offer's community connect programs, to participate.
We may be able to divert many of these youth from the vagrancy which leads to "Gang Membership". What may become the options within choices- is to get to the "Mothers' and Fathers" and seek them to "enroll their young boys, at an early age into some program - if each parents would consider to do so, not only would the programs expand, but the options for young boys would expand. {{ THE SAME CAN BE DONE FOR YOUNG GIRLS}}. the focal point is on the boys, due to the expanse of 'gang growth, which is dominated by boys, who fail to become men, of responsibility- and fall prey to being gang minions, who are lead and directed by those who see violence as profitable and as a security blanket type of grouping - unfortunately we loose many smart and potentially talented young males to this culture of "self organization", which results to become gangs, of which many have no idea how to escape or avoid.

What it shows us, is the dire need within 'boys" to be a part of something, and they dedicate with their lives- so if we look at that very point, -we may see how these same boys - can and will become devoted to "positive programs", but we have to make it, where it cost them nothing, of money to become a part and participate, and design it so they can see the benefit and growth opportunity it offers them, as series of benefits and attributes as being members

We had a far better society when we had " the Draft", but it need not be a draft to war related military, but we have enough natural disasters, to develop a civil service force, that is a disaster assist organization, urban renewal organizations, which can demolish and re-cycle materials, which provide a public service in doing such works. We certainly have enough enviornmental matters, such a force can be created and mobilized to handle, and the tools needed, would be far cheaper than weapons of wars, which the defense sector of civil service utilize.

china manages it young males, because it has military organization, which continues to grow- as a means to give their male something to be a part of, and they become more civic minded, as well as cultural concerned men. We ignored this value spectrum- by not developing our civil service servicing organization to become more diverse in what it is designed to do. We may benefit our society to re-consider - and build civil service induction, which offers the opportunity to be part of a support organization, which does non combat natured program engagements. It's far cheaper than the result of housing them in prisons, and the cost of crime on the streets and the benefits improve our society of nation.

Gangs teach them more of teams which become a negative teaching, where we may consider to think of "Teaching Team Work"- in a positive group environment.
We spend "$$ BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS $$" for every kind of foreign aid imaginable, but, we don't seem to see, nor act as if we care about the need to spend billions on the boys who become the men of tomorrow, right here in America.. We by some means, seem not to see this as a growing need, right here in America - How do we become eager to help the world of people, and ignore what are the needs within this very nation we live.

Now, if we don't see the value, and the benefit of this, then we are missing something amazing, in an opportunity for "us" to help give them options, which help build their character. Nope- we may not get 100% achievement ratio's, but we can gain %'s that do make a difference.

Yes, some will cry where does the money come from - but if we look around, we are the resource pool, that becomes the support premise for this growth and development - there are many types of "Grants", which Grant Writers can design and develop to get these programs off the ground.

What society ignore to acknowledge- is - young male youth, don't know which way to go, nor how to get where they want to be- and they fall by the side and get swept away in the "bravado chase", looking for stature, and copartner-ship - simply to be accepted and to feel they are a part of something.

This goes back to the heart of matters, which is " developing community based support organizations, which help design and administer these programs. this become a matter for Mothers and Fathers, to sign their son up, and bring them to be a part of something.

There certainly is no shortage of smart people in the communities of this city, who can brainstorm this concept, and many organizers who can help with the concepts of design. or we can sit back and watch the streets consume young men, and boys.

We need not continue to develop -Brute societies", where guns and drugs rule- nor do we need to sit back and let a society continue to evolve where crime becomes the pathway, which leads to the prison or cemetery. Yes, it can happen in your family, and NO, you are not exempt.

Everyday, we see girl and wife beaters, come from what some call good families, we see killers, and mad men who stalk, and become serial in so many wrong way things. We see drug addicts, lost to the world, and become an embarrassment to their families, and NO, your money, nor your sterile community has changed any of this.
But what we do see, is limited opportunity to offer these boys a different concept of how to develop, and how to live. Yet, the more boys that fall from the pathways of being social contributors, the more we find our streets becoming a danger and a hazard and consuming them at an alarming rate. We either become aware and wise, and take notice, or we speed down the highways of social destruction, community by community. All for the failure to change a few things in how we create and manage being a society.

The days, when they could work at the corner market are gone, the days when they could work at the local machine shop are gone, and the days they could do many of these things are gone. Because we as a society, have lost interest in "localized business creation, of small shop craftsman and mechanics of every sort. Lawn cutting now is an adult dominated enterprise, so what is left for these young boys to learn the value of honest earning, what is left for them to learn the morality and ethics of being a contributor.

Now, they have one simple thing "Bravado Pursuits"... so we have simply given up as a societyand then we complain about what results to show. We leave "Bravo Pursuits" as their main option, and within that - what we find is crime and violence, fear and the acts of the fearful. Trying to grasp for "bravado", and they call it respect, when it amounts to nothing more than learning how to intimidate. They have lost the meaning of Respect- and assume that "Fear Making", is the delusional concept they have developed and assumed to try and claim it as being "Respect" by becoming a bully or terror addict.

Respect

Yes, it is learned and re-learned early.. but; we must build a network within community - of which "Respect" is gained, through learning to be a "contributor", and it is gained by being a part of some means to "make a contribution'

As the adults in this day and age, instead of us writing off young men, we may need to figure out how to "write them In", making them a vital and visible part of our plans, and our works, and engage them within our gained understanding.

There is no magic pill - but by engaging idea, we can find ways to build and develop means to change the course of this mis-guided river, which sweeps them into the tides, and take them into the spin of turbulence, where they fight for survival and act with despaired efforts - and confused as to what option to choose, and what direction they should travel.

We let prison wake them up, only after their acts of tragedy has taken the toll on their young lives, which may have them living in the languished state of being defined by the madness of the crimes they commit.

We've become a society that hoards material things as adults, and measure each other behind what the other has, or how much the other has.
Then, we wonder why our kids value such material measure, and we condemn them for the very thing we promote in the imagery of how we live.

Neighbors can't talk to neighbors, because one is envious of what the other has, or one looks down on the other for what of material things, they don't have.

Gadgets and Material Matter, and the delusion of flashing cash, is what we as adults sum up, to be the basis of whom we talk to and whom we avoid.

We wonder why kids learn to be quick to kill, trying to get this fake measure, of things which become no more than the worship of "idolatry" - as we make material things, mean more than the value of community, more than the value of sharing association, and then we attach titles, based on anything we can claim as a title. Then, we use that title to look down upon others, or carry ourselves like we are some master of a segment. Yet, we are blind and unaware to see it is the examples we push, that lead these kids who turn to seek to gain this material measure, by any means possible. because we paint pictures in our movies, and our lives, that nothing matters but material gain and material measures. and the sad thing is, we blind ourselves to seeing what our material obsession has created.

and
Ethic and Value of the Human Reality and the Reality of Community, and the position as contributor.. is void in their minds, because, we make it void in the examples we present.

What will we make of ourselves ?

We have so many segments of the city which needs things- from - creative crafts which can design and decorate our landscape with sculptures and other artistic things. we have enough run down properties all over the city, which can become projects for boys to participate in fixing it up, we have parks that are lacking creative landscaping, we have median's in our streets, that could use design work, we have business with junk piled around it, which can become 'yard keeper projects, to hire young boys", we have auto shops, that can become apprentice shops, we have every kind of craft and skill one can imagine in this very city- which can develop mentor programs. We can set up programs, that are designed to pay $5. an hour, for 15 hours a week, for young boys, where it automatically, puts, $25 into a saving bond, and $50 dollars, in a checking account- and create "kid cards", to manage and monitor their spending. this eliminate the money being in their hands to support drugs, or entice them being robbed, or other things.

We have to become a society that is creative- if we hope to build a future.

We have enough empty building, to establish a R&D shop, that has as many attributes like the Caddo Career Center - which can function as a co-operative between school and city. Here they can learn and engage projects. We can solicit colleges for Students who would help with this, as a part of a credit program toward their education.

We can make anything work - because we are still "American's"....

Shall we simply explore the ideas.. and build the passions to make them become real.

Or
Will we continue to watch as the gang cluture expands, and the streets crimes become the mainstay of what is our cities. ?

We even have enough land, to build camps, which embrace a strong disciplined programs, for those boys who would be a greater challenge to deal with.
this can be embraced by pursuing a Military system to assist- and designate such programs, as "pre-civil service organizations".

Shall we simply "explore the ideas".. and build the passions to make them become real.

The madness of the Hiring Process!

It is designed and now even set up for a cycle of lying. People are having to omit the reality from their Resume', just to get a job.

There should be no such things as "OVER-QUALIFIED" today people need to work, if anyone thinks someone is over-qualified, it should
signal to the potential employer, they are getting a person, who is capable and can bring additional knowledge, information and potential progress growth to their company. We also need to be willing to give young people a chance, and not deny it to them claiming no experience, - the absurdity of that is, how do you expect them to gain any experience if no one is willing to give them a chance.

Have we become a society that is so lost in scripted framework, we have lost the capacity to even accept people, can we learn to respect the fact.. people have a variety of experiences, or maybe have achieved many varieties of performance functions. Yet, on one hand jobs claim they want people with good work ethnic, But the mindless manner HR people are ignoring reality, and looking for people now to come in and simply "lie", pretend, and deny their ability, just to get in the door. the absurdity in the process is more astounding, and cripples a nations even more so, and devastates its people, without a second thought.
We've even become a nation that has no regard, for human natural potential, nor to even give opportunity to the youth, or young people. We have ignored the fact that over 65% of America has worked jobs, for 10-20-30 years, which gives them functional ability, learned experiences, and the ability to work in a structured environment, and nearly 70% of Americans are not people with degree's, but they are people who worked to build what is America.

America has gone stone nuts.

The hiring process is now more a cycle of scripted shams, that deny the same company that seeks to hire, the ability to simply hire people to do the work, we are criteria stricken like a vain sickness, which denies individuals jobs, simply because they have a history of performance, and work place achievements, and in many cases, because they don't have a piece of paper which says they took some classes, of which many times, many classes have less to do with actual work, and more to do with a pumped up curriculum. Een now some universities, are finally learning, that it does not take 4 years to learn- and now they want to consider as some have to trim the course down to things which actually relate to a field of focus, instead of being set up for universities to simply extract payment for un-needed classroom process, which border on non applicable time indulgence. But, we are and have become simply a nation, slow to change and thus curtail, our own ability to evolve, where we do so with respect of the individual human being. Our system are in need of transformation and modification, but it also needs to regain the regard for the human being.

What will it take for us as a nation, to learn again to simply respect people? so many jobs deny people, not because they can't do the job, but because someone in the chain is afraid and function in a protectionist mode, afraid someone my bring new ideas,new thoughts, new ways of doing things, and maybe even the ability to inspire and uplift the workforce. So people are afraid not only of themselves being faced with a a equal employees, some are afraid they may have to learn something that may take them out of their comfort zone, but also, if they truly look objectively, it may be a matter, that not on will they be inspired to grow, but the whole operations can be inspired to grow.

We as people, should be with no doubt that we need to grow, are we aware, as America we are running in the lower ranks, of productivity, innovation, and growth and change in how our business need to grow. Are we aware, we are not longer the industrial leaders, are we aware we are no longer the corporate powers we use to be.

Our companies are being bought up by "foreign countries citizens and foreign countries business" - How can that not open peoples eyes.
Are we to blindly accept that all other nations can do business better than us, are we aware they have managed their resources better than us, are we are they have run their companies better than us. We should think about it, because if they can bail out our companies, and buy them up. Then that implies their performance is far better than ours.



Maybe we need to consider, they treat their people with a different accomodating regard as individuals- Maybe, they win because, they are not just hung up on degrees, and hung up on buzz words, but deal with people, as contributors, deal with people by providing opportunity without all the trips we continue to conjure up. Maybe they operate without having a structure that fears ideas, and fear those who have ideas. Maybe they still embrace new people, without mandates of criteria we seem to have become hung up on. In America, we talk only about degree's, but if that was the sole premise of progress, then our companies would not be failing, but what is truth, is our nation, has fallen in every category imaginable.

We carry 11 TRILLION IN DEBT, & still ..... We import everything,

We have to add to that, the unspoken of, more than 20 Trillion in additional debt obligations, from the Bush Era neglect of this nation, all magnified over the past 8 years, to have the cost to rebuild Iraq looming, the cost to rebuild Afghanistan looming, and the cost of countless medical issues for all the military people who have been maimed, a crumbling infrastructure, and yet, to date, we have achieved nothing, from all the loss and damage to life. except mounting debt, shipped away corporations, sold away the value in the land, now selling away the marquee properties, looking for foreign people to buy in just to prop up our auto industry. Yet, we sit back and hail degree's, but life is showing us, what??? Degree'd people have been the ones selling off jobs for 30 years, they are the same ones, who followed the "buzz word" OUTSOURCING, to the level of absurdity, now we can't keep schools operating, we are 26th on the world stage of educations, Our communities, look like a mass of "closed for business storefront", foreclosure signs little the nations, homeless people, and every city and state in the nation is closing down services, our roads are crumbling, and some cities look like ghost towns. America sold away its jobs, and now its is holding a "fire sale", to sell even more. the past 45 years, has sold everything it could, and devastated the American landscape and made us a non productive country, living on imports and borrowed money from foreign nations, the same nations we once tried to call, third world, and now our landscape looks worst in many places than a third world nation. We are simply riding on the "has been illusion", unable to even produce our own consumer goods on our own soil. All for the sake of a few wealthy people, living like the nations, servant masters, and we the public, become the indentured servants. Yet, people remain un-aware. we've become simply a Plutocracy... from what was once claimed to be a democracy, but capitalism usurped democracy, and converted us into a Plutocratic system.

"Buzz word madness", took down a once productive nation, Maybe it times we get off the "buzz word" bandwagon, and simply get back to respecting people, innovation and performance happens on the work floor, not in the executive suite, innovation happens from the people actually doing the work, because they know what are the challenges and what are the issues, and how to modify the process, they generate the ideas that help efficiency progress. but they are the most ignored groups in American business. Learned knowledge, even entry level ingenuity, and fresh eyes, fresh ideas, and new thoughts about how things can progress, but these groups are ignored, and looked down upon, because our nation has claimed degree, to be as it we classify it to be some delusion of Royalty- and for the past 30 years, with that mindset everything in America has declined.

We've become a nation that despise people and individuals, and only respect titles, by any and every title label- and we see the workers and the people without some certification stamp as if they are the lowest element on the face of the earth. and the results are showing us continually.. the opposite is proving true.
Workers perform, the executive suite, cuts product quality, cuts services, cuts manpower, and ultimately, they cut so deep, they kill the corporation. and we wonder why we can't succeed.

We forgot, that education must transform itself into common sense, or it mean nothing but programmed destruction. did we not understand this, when the mathematician created the CDO's, they use their classroom formulas, which resulted to be nothing more than the greatest Pyramid scheme the world has ever known, and it simply left, America homeless, and sold out the value of equity in the homes of the American people, and collapsed the economy. We forgot that the education of professor based theory, created " outsourcing", which set us up as a nation that is now jobless, because it claimed such high intellect, but it forgot the common sense - and simplicity, that if you don't have employment and production on your shores, the only thing you can become is a debt ridden nation, borrowing from the world, for basic survival.

This is what status and title has given us. Saddled with debt, with a hope that China will buy our debt. Yet, 30 years ago, we as a nation looked at China as the least likely to progress, and now it is now the world leader, because we shipped everything there. and they beat us. because they work with the common sense everyday people, whom they employ, and they are now the best producers on the planet. And still we sit back as a nation, worshiping title, and claiming degree- and our result is a nation riddled with debt, and with daily closure of more corporate doors.

We claim to be so politically correct, we can't tell the truth about anything. for trying to sound clever, and hoping and over-priced Chinese made attire will create a delusion to get our title worshipped. Until we have lost the ability to respect people and have regard for the simple reality of the human being. We can only consider title - and the nation falls further, unable to even fix the pot holes in its streets, or even acknowledge the massive closure of business along our city streets.

We longer can make cars, we don't produce steel, we have no textile, even our ability to farm is not in demise, we can't grow livestock, we simply inject it with chemicals and wait for it to swell up from the chemical effects, and the result is we have diseases we can't even pronounce the name of it. and what did we get in return. 'A nation, on a perpetual prescription, managed by the drug companies, which have taken over the drug trade, and now we have a nation of prescription junkies.. and by principle, we are now a drugged out nation, and claim it acceptable, because the drug makes have lobbied to claim it legal means to make a nation of drug dependent people.

What next will we adopt in the programmed process of a nation induced to lie..

It's such a sad reality, we have become so lost, that our senior citizens now live as if they have to hide in the shadows, because no one wants to give them any regard. our media, shows only people between 14-40 yrs of age, and anyone older is treated like an after-thought.

We become a society- that has a disposable demeanor.. and we have moved to allow it to consider some of our most valued citizens - as disposable commodity- hidden in plain sight.. and people now walk past them as if they don't even exist. Children now seemingly taught not even to show or have a mindset of consideration to have a second thought about senior citizens.. They can only think about Status, what gadget to get next, and pursue a title- and to heck with humanity, or the care and concern for humanity..

There should be no such things as "OVER-QUALIFIED"



With the mass of work we have to do in this nation,

We certainly are not a nation of over-qualified people

We should be a nation who respects people and the gained, and learned
information, which we can simply be put to use, to improve our over-all conditions.

Are you awake ... "Yet" !!!

Instead of people gloating over who's black and who's not on his appointments, why not go home, and turn the silly shows off your TV, of the stereotypical image pushing of black people in clothes 3 sizes too big, and buffoon costumes on.

when the rating drop on these crap show, then maybe people will make better shows, someone tell our lead entertainers, to stop getting on shows of national television, looking like they just stepped out of their back yard, and decided to show up on the set. this delusion, of pushing an image that they got it made is the negative stuff that crashes a society.

so what some of our entertainers make 20 million dollars, truth is they can't stand in the arena with the people who have 100-200 million and more.. but ask yourself.. why have none of these same people created companies that engage more people. how many have factories that hire people, but then ask yourself how many have product endorsement deal, that cost your family a lot of money, but the products are made over-seas.. and still the only glory people get is the delusion of wearing the name tag..

southern States offer tax incentives to film industry, to build here, but how many black entertainers have collectively gotten together and see the vision, to come and buy land and build a Studio.?
how many have considered to build a stuido, and create black and white and other mixed people shows, which show something other than stereo typed image, or comedy skits..
have we not done enough of the "buck and shuffle"... do we have to come on as comedic characters to get a spot.. and then when we get the spot, if we don't keep of the comedic imagery and look type casted in a fixed image, then the show is canceled and the next one in line that will play the part gets 12 1/2 minutes..

you tell me, what's the point of an some buying a 4-15 million dollar home in the dried up and burned out California hills, when they could build a studio for that money in the South, and buy enough land to build a home too.

As yourself, how many of your kids wear faddish baggy stuff, and you call it hip, when the whole image gets them rejected from a distance. How many of you, for Christmas has it in your mind to keep buying your kids the next latest cell phone, when its now nothing more than a gadget that makes the phone company rich for people to walk around with it glued to their ear and can't think or pay attention, or waling around with a bluetooth device on their ear, in the middle of a grocery store.. it's pure insidious conduct..

If you want to support Obama, then addresses some of these things, if you want to support Obama and his agenda, let go of the buffoon costumes and the delusion chasing status imagery, and find out what is substance, and promote something that promotes helping schools learn they have to change the way they teach, and move into the 21st century... How many of your kids go to schools where the only computer is in the admin office or the library..but never in the classroom.. how many of your kids, who can't format a document of MS word, but they have a cell phone capable of handling word documents.. but they are so busy learning to send slang text meassage.. they can't think in full sentances,. what's the point of a text message, when the same device can conduct a voice call? "Fad simplicity", people think it's chic and all it is, is the twist of tech being used to make clowns of people.. who can't see the benefit of technology for trying to make it their badge of glory to have a gadget.. Half the people with blackberries, can't even send a decent message or response.. and send stuff that could be sent on a $15 phone.. or one of the free give away phone when you sign up..

Black people and other people, rushing to the convenice store to buy $25 of minutes for a phone, so they can talk crap and argue with each other for 30 minutes.. and then look sad when the minutes run out. People walking around with a $300 phone unit, but can't pay $450 rent ...and they can't go online and buy a refurbished computer for $186.00 that includes a monitor.. it's pure sad... and that's the extent of the level of "buffoon classics",... that has people unaware of how to build self worth in the integrity of self, but trying to build it by being known for having the latest gadget, or a car they made unstable by putting wheels that should be on a high body work truck, and they never know, they've destroyed the stability of the car.. for the sake of image.,

Young kids, can't save for a vacation to see something different, because all their money goes to see who's stereo can blast the loudest.. and to have a bank account is not even thought of..and these are the kids popping out babies they teach this silliness to, and then they want to dress the baby in name tag stuff that makes the baby look like a advertisement billboard.. and not one pennies from those companies goes to help that baby grow up and get an education.

people come on these blogs, with their "one line, let's be clever comments, beyond that, their next thought is.. "oh, that's too deep for me" , or "oh that's getting too involved, or the classic Bs... of saying " Oh, you get too serious"..

well if you don't see the seriousness of what matters, you probably won't do a damn thing, to support anything that Obama stand for... so don't ride his back with your self elating delusion.. ride with him, by making some changes in your choices... and you may see the choices, support "Change"
