Who are you.. and why are you whom you are .. as you are

seeking racial understanding ???? ... I've encountered a lot of situation where... if a white guy does not understand something or it takes his mind to think.. when he wants to feel superior or as a wizard.... if it challenges him to think.. he will immediately seek to find a way to put it down and or discredit it ??

I see it's a great deal of this mindset, here in the South..

also, if you are having a conversation and it gets to a point that he is unfamiliar with or uninformed about.. he will quickly want to end the conversation.. or throw a sly sarcastic put down comment in to divert it.. ?? so he can feel superior.. or something... "it's quite a trip..

this is very pronounced in the South.. " why" ???

now I had many white friends in LA and all during my 20's and my 30's there was a group of us that were of varied ethnic mixture who did many things together, worked together and traveled together and these guys were nothing like some of the people in the South..

I talked with one Asian lady who has an advanced degree and is very devoted to her work.. and she told me that they shun her and by pass her and try and make her work insignificant.. ??

is this something mostly relevant to the South or is it something more relevant to""some"" White males ?

maybe this site may help people.... to see that thinking is not reserved for any particular ethnicity nor race of people..

people need to understand .. racism is not just "name calling" it's the mindset that an individual has.. and they know whom they are by whom and how they exclude, demean , seek to put down and feel need to intimidate and belittle and be of many many variations of bais.. in what they think and how they think it.. which reflects in what they do, how they do it what they say and that gut feeling that well's up in them that is borderline contemptuous..and they find their tolerance level very shallow and will revert to any stereotype that will relieve them of this feeling... hoping to restore a sense of superiority or a better than mind set..

reality always ask.. " know thyself.." or, one shall never know how to "better thy self" .
