slow death of American workers and Industry

""deny what one has unto the next.. and insure they never have it, is the method and manner of the American Model.. IT WAS BUILT BY THAT CONCEPT .. AND, IT IS DYING BY THAT CONCEPT.. """

they old saying of live by the sword and die by the sword.. is proving itself more and more true everyday..

for those that don't know it.. China has i's own big push for some organization within it's labor.. and they have began to set some wage standards to elevate their people's lives..

some of you are very odd thinking people... how can anyone be paid too much for doing the organized labor work.. this song was not being sung when the best of the Union jobs were had by non woman and non minorities.. the rally cry was.. "more power to the Unions"..

and our products was still selling with their same fair level of performance in foreign markets.. now our products are lesser quality made by cheap labor and no one wants them.. they can buy their own cheap labor stuff..

american can't roll back life.. and that house you live in that cost 200K upwards.. try and pay for it on a $9.00 job with no benefits.. that medical premium you now pay that before the Union made sure it was paid, and that retirement that you now only get a 401K where before you had a sponsored retirement payment.. was all benefits earned thru the union bargaining. There was a time when only certain people could get in unions and they made more than others.. but when that door opened to let other's in then the story came that.. it's too much money for too little work.. but the people who were part of the unions when other could not get in.. did not feel that way.

Americans problem is not Unions it's the deny mentality.. that is pervasive and has been pervasive.. along with the fact it is too.." it's corporate waste and corporate greed".. companies claim they need private jets, outrageously expensive lobbyist, over cost attorney's, luxury boxes at any major sporting venue, first class business travel, their office suites has to look like a museum with expensive art work and plush carpets and every amenities that is imaginable, the CEO have to have chauffeur driven cars.. Retreat villas that are for the corporate exec's, country club membership, dinner and lunch at the Ritz or any 4 star hotel, lavish business meetings, who can build the highest sky scraper, $800 a night and up executive hotel suites
fractional jets for the jr. executive, million share stock options, 8 digit golden parachutes.. Offices suites for anyone that has a title of gen manager, housing allowance for the executives for x term, in the most expensive sector of any town they find themselves.. there are slush funds for anything imaginable and these funds exist in various accounts spread all about the world.. it's as much about what the company waste and don't produce .. as it's about the image that can make the stock sell for 10 maybe even 100 times earning capacity.. while they sell less and less quality and more image pomp and pageantry while producing to the lowest federal minimum standard allowable..in any products imaginable.. and then want top dollar for the product.. knowing they are selling you a piece of crap.. and now foreign markets don't want anything with made in america on it.. they only buy enough to maintain their trade agreements so they can flood our markets with their goods. and the power broker wealthy of this nation keep the profit.. and we are all the new breed and class of slaves... it's not slavery by color now.. becase they know the collateral damage will include many people who are non black and other.. so they base it on the dollar classification... so yes.. america can never get past it's slaver mindset and the wealth master show this to us over and over and many people all they can see .. is a blur.... of smoke and mirrors with flashing lights.. Equality is not and has not even been a concept that America embraced beyond the sham of pretense that it supports such.. your own politicians fought the minimum wage bill until it could not be fought anymore..and if fuel had not spiked in the $3.oo range the level would remain at $5.25.. on 800.00 - 1000. a month...now show me a house you can rent, pay the utilities and buy food and afford to pay for gas, back and forth to work and, even own an automobile and put a kid thru school.. it cannot be done. but that is living well below the poverty line.. which is nothing different than the living condition at the end point of slavery abolition.. no money for medical care, no money for medications, no money for saving, no money for anything that remotely resembles a vacation, and no money for anything other than to take out loans with high interest, and cut back on the groceries to insure you can repay the loan.. that's the america we live in... Deny and deprive, deprive and deny.. and take back anything gained over time.. and insure that the wealth stays int he hands of the select.. and everyone else is just sheep.. waiting to be trimmed for their wool, and set back to pasture.. " yes.. people slavery is alive and well" and functioning just like it always has it just has different guidelines and variating rules.. but it is not designed for you to rise above it.. not in any great numbers.. a gate is set to allow a few to passify the many.. with false hope that might one day get thru the gate.. but there are many many swirling blades to insure that number remains small and well managed... and the many years that have followed since.. the thresh-hold has found it's devise of ways to maintain that condition..and that standard..but now the reality is the standard now includes as many whites spread across the country as it does black.. and still only the few remain solvent.. and functional.. this country thrives on slave mentality and it will continue to do so.. until it learn that until all do well it's a hell hole.. and it will continue to find demise in any and every category that it touches..cities will continue to decay and the blame game will continue..

the old divide and confuse and confuse and create turmoil and when the chaos gets intense.. then come in and scoop up the spoils and start over again in another spot.

becase people have given them the signal that we are a disposable society that will accept disposable goods.. so they can make cheaper goods and now they don't even have to make them they can import them and America still sucks them up and they are treated like disposable goods becase the product life cycle is made to be replaced and get minimized usage during the life of it's existence.. it's not very much to pay a union $30 dollars a month when you had the capability to make ten times that.. in a day or so.. generally less when you add up the benefit package that was provided.. and companies still made a profit.. but profit was not good enough for the companies.. they want to make everything.. and they went from 200 and 300 % gain to the 500% now and the company sells it's stock .. with and equals relative to 1000 % when it sells at 10 times and more it's earning capacity.. mass production cut the cost of production down to mere pennies.. and many things in production can even be equated a .01 and .001 per unit .. when an oil company can pay and exec in excess of 100 million dollars and then want to bust a union and pay minimum wage.. people don't see the madness of that...

now jobs want to not pay overtime, and they only want to pay a max of 1 1/2 time.. for the overtime work, they many want to go back to 10 hrs days and cut the lunch, take back holidays and take back vacation..

but many foreign countries give their people 28 day vacation.. and paid holidays.. and they have many of them higher wage rates that we have .. Europeans are paid very well, and Japanese are paid very well.. Swiss people are paid very well and people in the Nordic regions are paid well..

they don't have a problem with it becase they are a homogeneous group of many are a "once race society"... but as long as this society has a multi race.. it will never feel it's fair to pay everyone equal wage for equal work.. many of the european who pay their people well also have regulations that pay their women well ..but this country still does not care to see women paid equal.. nor do this country want to see women in certain lines of work.. and it still looks for the cheap labor as if it's still trying to cling to any remnants of slave labor as possible.. and as long as this country functions with the premise of it's own creation of bias.. it will continue to bleep and moan about anything that comes close to supporting equality in pay and benefits.

this talk about being the richest country.. is only for a select few.. when the wage average 9-11 dollars maybe 12.. but that is not enough to qualify for a home loan and not enough to save for a college for kids it barely gets a kid thru high school.. the working wealth can move in new homes and the rest of the population can maybe get into or possibly rent the home that others move out of.. and then they can't afford the upkeep, nor the things that keep the neighborhood up..

so many people buy a car for the simple sake they want to know they can at least get something that's new for a change.. becase they can at least get a loan for a car... but you can take the same person who can get a loan for a 30K car.. but they won't lend them 50k for a home.. this is the kind of society we live in.. and people wonder why people have new cars and not homes.. it's very difficult to get a home when the lender won't loan the money.. because first off.. you don't make 4 times the money that the payment is..

We are a dying country in more ways than not.. and th world is passing us by.. they have in many places when they build their cities and factories they are better equipped and they have better usage of technology and they make use of technology when it's available to them.. to make their creations more efficient..

we are living on the illusion of what use to be.. and our grandiose concepts that is designed "not for everyone".. is our greatest downfall.. What we have across america is dried up towns scattered like old farm equipment in a field.. and looks like a pile of used car tires stacked and packed littering the landscape of what is America..

""deny what one has unto the next.. and insure they never have it, is the method and manner of the american model.. it was built by that concept and it is dying by that concept.. """
