Dear Senator/Representative ____________:

As a constituent of yours, I urge you to closely review and act upon a new legislation, to address executive pay and executive compensation, with closely worded regard to protect and respect investors money, and the fair pay of employee’s.. The report, prepared by many of the nation's top Financial researchers, provides a long-overdue evidence-based road map to finally get serious about tackling the nation's run away Executive Pay and Executive compensation.
We must curb the continual erosion of company after company, which leaves the Executives as the only profiteer. American Business and American Corporate Function are hindered and have been for the past 40 years, of this run away greed circle. These Executives “ARE EMPLOYEE’S” THEY ARE HIRED HELP, THEY DO NOT OWN THE COMPANY, IT IS A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY. THEREFORE THEIR PAY AND COMPENSATION SHOULD BE CAPPED, TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF PUBLIC TRADED COMPANIES, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS THE BASIC EXISTENCE AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE COMPANY.

Approximately 60 million American are out of work, and Executives are still paying themselves 10’s of millions of dollars. While the company suffers and the investor’s are ripped clean and paid pennies on their hard earned money.

These same Executive, push to buy up company after company, and each time pay themselves a bonus for doing so, and 6 months later, they dismantle the company and lay off the workers and overburden the company which bought the second company, with excessive debt. The only persons who gains again is the Executives and the Attorneys, they again pay themselves another bonus, Attorneys sanction this with colluded legal devise. And the end result is America’s Erosion of its Industrial Complex.

The time has come to end decades of complacency about one of the most devastating and neglected realities facing society. We have seen American fall off the map of Industrial prominence, by this repeated cycle, and the secondary phase of it, is to ship jobs out of the country. Please do what you can to make sure that this important report gets the attention it deserves, and is acted upon with hearings and legislation. I specifically urge you to:
• Support legislation to establish a Executive compensation Cap
• Establish Regulatory controls and Congressional oversight panel to oversee- all mergers of companies that hire and employ over 1500 people. We cannot ignore this sector of Industry, as equally so we ignore and allow the consumption of companies and displace thousands of American workers, for the sake of and Executive swindle against the American Industrial complex.
• Create Legislation that Addresses in detail what is “Economic Treason”, This has to become a matter of national security, which is compromised when the decline of our Economic Stability is being undermined and eroded with such blatant disregard for the sake of the greed of a few. The seriousness of this is driven by unconstrained greed, and loss and true lack of respect for the American working public.
• We The American Citizen – urge you to serve the benefit and needs of the citizen, and not that of lobbyist who pursue to silence the voice of the people, with donation, that sway the stance of elected officials – to negate the voice of the people, for the sake of fattening campaign coffers, The citizens of American should be first always, and that is what we as citizens elect public officials to protect. Not to sell away to lobbyist who come waving dollars and delusions..
Thank you for considering this request. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
