Assembly lines was made prominent by Henry Ford.. which diminished the need for people doing back braking labor.. the era before had many many broken down people as a result of the nature of labor.. man is designed to use his mind as much or more than his hands.. and technology came and wiped out many of those hand related jobs, so yes..pay the person who put's the bolt in the car... they are going to charge you 20K upwards for the car regardless if a machine build the whole thing.. if you want to not pay the Union people this wage.. then tell the home builder to build homes cheaper and the farmer to sell their produce cheaper and the government ot lower the interest rate to 3% for all of america..

if you are going to maintain high unit cost to buy items who do you think can purchase these items if no one is working..and they are not being paid a living wage to work.. 60K was a a living wage back at the beginning of the late 80's and 90's ... today it takes a household to make near 80K to have the access to deal with what is America.. A TV does not cost 50$ dollars and cell phone are a part of life.. and you can't get a plan under $30 and you can't cool your home in the heat of summer without getting a electric bill over 100$ and it cost $30 to have water and sewage and get your trash picked up and tht base cost is about to rise.. where the min will be 40-50, and if you actually water your lawn you may pay a bit more..

I'd guarantee that all those who are so against Union .. sit in and office some place in an air-conditioned room.. where they order other people around and fell like they are world masters.. in their suit and tie.. typing away on their computer on this site and other like it during working hours and back and forth to the coffee machine and the water cooler and smiling at all the women in the office.. thinking they are "king nuts on a hill"..

taking three days to complete one piece of paper and probably could not write a decent report if their life depended on it... but the system is so use to have .. Kiss ass .. reports that say.." all is well"... so no one has to address anything or answer to anything and they fill out a requisition form for anything they can think they want or the whim hit's them to consider to get... to make it look like they are productive... I've worked in it and I know exactly how it goes.. it's talk on the phone and almost discuss something and then the conversation switches to lunch or what they have bought or where they went on the weekend... but they expect people on the floor to bust their ass to support this enviornment of administrative do nothing .. but elevate their ego and their delusion they have arrived at some promise land .. of easy life ,.. dress nice and look down at people..

and they take a walk thru the work area and feel above the same people who do the actual work that keeps their ass a chair to sit it ... they don't say anything about the premier medical coverage package they have and the 2:1 dollar that is contributed in their name to the 401K, and they gloat about going on a business meeting where they sit there and create action items that never get any action taken and schedule three more meeting to discuss if a trash can should be moved to a different location.. and they can't come up with a decision so they buy three more trash cans.. and these people have college degree to support this madness. next they want to talk about who's boat to take to the river, work what size was the fish they caught or what time will tee time be at the course.. becase they are taking off a half day on Wednesday... and by Friday it's will everyone be at thingy and janes for dinner.. and after dinner.. who will hit on the other's wife or husband.. and who's cheating on home... or which one will get to take out the new secretary... Or was that more.. I bought my suit at such and such and it's 100% wool blend.. oH these old cuff links.. well not I'm going this weekend and get a gold set with rubies to match my tie..

you mean my kids.. Oh my kids would never be in a public school.. I pay xxx dollars for them to be in private school and they only wear prada shoes and they would not be seen shopping in wal mart.. but they will be going to vail for skiing during thanksgiving and maybe by spring we will raft the colorado river..l and well for the summer... my oldest will be spending that backpacking across Eurpoe.. This is the america that runs this country and talk about union workers make too much money...and the guy who has a small crafts shop that has a sweetheart deal with his buddy Jake who works for a major company that they can over-bill 3 times a month and no body will know the difference.. planning all the time next year how to get that mandatory standard of 8% budget increase to help out Pete's buddy who is just trying to break into the business. and part of the week is spent managing their retirement account on fidelity's web site or their stocks on E-trade or Scottstrade... and how much they made .. short selling... and ed comes in and tells them they should get in thre futures market.. because they can make a killing on what farmers have not even planted for the next season..

this is what is the problems and the nature of American industry managers.. who sit and talk about what the guy down the hall who just puts too much time trying to work out the details and make things more efficient and how he should be fired becase he is creating too much work for them and they are already swamped...but their only swamping is being neck deep in ego building rhetoric.. and Sam comes in.. and suggest .. that they need more leisure time and it would be better for all their stock options if things were outsourced .. they'd have to do less and make more..in the process.

this is what America sends it's kids to college to learn and do and create .. at the expense of any and all Americans.. and then it teaches them how to find any and every tax shelter to avoid paying any type of tax on anything.. and all america suffer for these buffons.. dressed in business attire.. looking down at the labor produces and performers.. and by god.. they just get paid too much to do nothing.. becase we are the only one's who should do nothing becase our college degree says.. that once I get that I can do nothing and reap the greater benefits.. how dare the laborer think they can not keep their asses in the air and their elbows moving like the rapidity of a machine..

and what in the hell makes them think they will get medical coverage or have a pension program and by the way.. they get too many darn holidays .. so let's work the hell out of them for 10 hrs a day.. so if they do get a holiday they will be darn tired and can't be out cluttering up the restaurants that we should have immediate access unto.. and I be darn if I'm going to sit in a restaurant and see elmer who works on "the press machine" how dare he, being able to sit in the same restaurant that I'm in.. how dare he drive up in a car that is not 4 yrs old.. "darn it" these union people just make too much money... "outsource everything".. and get Robert on the line, and let's see can't we get this union busted and get them out of here... our stock options will soar... and then we can live where we don't have to see "elmer and the likes". this is how America was and this is how america still is.. "the master and the Slave.." only the slave now is multi ethnic, inclusive of poor whites.

that is no different than how segregation worked and how the divide was and is for minorities.. and non voluptuous white females.. and white males who are not into the pomp and pageantry..and can barely afford to keep his old truck running.. and it's no way they want that trailer park group to be any place close to where they go or where their kids hang out and surely not close to their neighborhood for anything.. by the way.. you think you can get elmer to come over and bring his welding rig and fix my gate.. he should be up to make $20 bucks.. if he charge any more than that ... hell i might be able to order one thru the company requisition process and bury it in the paper work.. this is the people we have running this country and the corporations of this country...
