Diversity

Diversity.. is more relevant today than at anytime before in what it takes to blend and mix and understand ( we no longer have a command and control enviornment that is one or two dimensional, not only is the command and control not a part of this enviornment it's multidimensional in it's blend and mixture of people, cultures and life manner and living modes ) ..the nature of a society where tolerances and the ability to learn to be open to accept and accommodate individuals that have been raised with core beliefs that are different and varying in the depth and scope of their life systems of how they see things, how they do things, how they understand things, and how people feel about different things.. as well as what are their goals and how they feel to go about achieving them.. not only are we dealing with that.. but we are dealing with generational changes in all people..that re assess values and re structure their belief systems..

We in the South need it very much so.. many other region have been invested in it's exploration much deeper and more intricately than this region that suffers from a great divide in truly grasping the realities of different cultures, ethnicities and habitat mannerisms.

it's nothing wrong with denoting that one does not understand what the emphasis on diversity is.. and that is the first positive step to.. lead to becomming of understanding.
